Personality:

Lammergeier obey Zetusumei, and only Zetsumei without question! Like his Master, he doesn't get along well other Shinobi, and especially with other members of the Raptor Clan that's not of his kind. He mostly flies around overhead, looking down towards the ground, using his great eyesight to make sure that nothing happens to his Master, as well as keeping an eye on the other Shinobi on the ground. He'll do anything to save his Master when the time calls for it, even if he doesn't tell him to, but knows to be careful as he knows that the ending of his life also means the ending of the life of his Master.

(Basic) Bunshin No Jutsu (Clone Technique) [Rank: E; Type: Ninjutsu; up to five clones] - The Bunshin technique creates a substanceless copy of the ninja. The copy serves can serve as a distraction or as means to confuse their opponent. As soon the the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with the opponent, they will disappear in a puff of smoke.

(Basic) Kawarimi No Jutsu (Change of the Body Stance Technique) [Rank: E; Type: Ninjutsu] - When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack.

(Basic) Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique) [Rank: D; Type: Ninjusu] - The basic skill a ninja must know to become a Genin. It is a very useful and widely used skill, as it has many uses. It's mostly used as a decoy, to confuse the opponent by transforming into somebody that's an ally with the enemy, and then attack from the back when he's not expecting it.

Background:

Lammergeier was born from an egg within the Raptor Clan in Konohagakure no Sato. But, because he was a vulture when he hatched, he, along with Zetsumei, were sent off to the ANBU Headquarters to train as a Tracker-Nin after Zetsumei graduated from the Shinobi Academy and became a Genin. Upon coming back within the Village, Lammergeier isn't usually seen on Zetsumei, himself, but stays within the air, high above everyone else, looking down at everyone, but stay directly above his master. Because he's a vulture, though, he's able to track down any Missing-Nins that are wounded, dying, or are dead with great ease, and can dispose of the body completely, except for the bones, within just a couple of hours, which makes him a great asset to Zetsumei.

you named your pet Lammergeier? When I said Lammergeier I ment it as the type of Vulture. That is what type of Vulture hatches from the chakra egg of a fire element Vulture style Raptor.

your second weakness should be on both pet and ninja as it is a bloodline weakness. remember the clan member shares their chakra pool with their pet.

your third weakness is invaled, because of the Vultur's normal flight patern. Like Eagles, Vultures will glide and soar on thermals of air, not needing to flap their wings to stay airborn as long as they can ride the thermals.

There are clan jutus that a pet can learn. any of the feather jutsus can be used by a feathered pet. If you wanted him to learn any he can.

They don't, I do. It's just like the Inuzuka's Pet-nin. The user uses the handsigns, channels some of their Chakra to them, and they use the Jutsu.
