Requirements: Must know the great fireball and phoenix flower techniques
Description: Using the same methods of activation as the great fireball technique the user can shoot a massive amount of fire at a target. At the C rank the technique sputters amount in a massive blaze of glory, usually burning through anything in its path. At the A rank the flames forms a dragon and can be directed at an angle. When this technique is used all of the user's chakra is usually depleted. The user would have to have a massive amount of chakra to continue moving after this technique is used.

Background: Kuroi Tora lived his Whole life in Konoha as a Street cat. Together with Shiroi Tora he survived the hard street life. Even without nin-pet training Kuroi Tora is a capable Nin-pet. Kuroi Tora is specialised in offense and his main element is fire. Kuroi Tora was later found by Gy and kept as nin-pet together with Shiroi Tora.

It can stop most frontal attacks and is especially good at defending against fire jutsus. The user would probably carry a water source on his/her arm (Such as a canteen lashed to the forearm) so he/she could summon the shield at a moment's notice.

Description: This jutsu uses a source of water and shoots it at an opponent in many small balls. This spray of water bullets is usually used to distract the enemy and put him/her on the defensive, but if enough chakra is used, they can be as strong as punches, bruising and battering the enemy. This requires relativly little water, which makes it useful, as the shinobi can use portable water sources.

Description: Using Water the user makes small water pellets, those pellets go down into the earth. the earth gets soggy and then the person gets inside, to make himself scarce for 2 minutes max(3 posts) 1.5 minute if the user is NOT ready(2 posts). He can go in the ground 1 foot above his height. So lets say you are 5'1 then you can go in 6'1. This happens just as Doton jutsu but it is slightly slower. After it gets soggy and the user has gone under it shows no sign of soggy feeling.

The same reason you can't have three or a whole pack. It isn't an official rule, but nobody ever made more than 1 pet. It's just not fair to others and considering that you need good coordination with your pet to effectively fight, I'd say 1 pet is about the limit. You should ask Lava about it, cause like I said, there is no rule against it.

That and five jutsus are what bosses get... pets don't, I think it's a max of 3 and only specialized ones

I don't like this, but I don't like rejecting things without some substantial reason, and I don't have one. So I think it should be up to Lava...

And Why I wan't two pets: These pets work together The one attacks and the other is defensive but if you don't think I deserve 2 then I won't use 2 pets.

Having two pets will off set your coordination as you need to keep track of the well being of your pet, yourself and your target during combat. That's 3 things you have to take care of so adding a 4th element to that will make it harder for you to focus. Meaning one of your pets will most likely die in combat.
