Kishis Idea? (jutsu training)"lalalala Hum...Yeah I'm finally back in these dark woods that fit my twisted soul so perfectly. I've been gone a while and learned much. Its time I start to develop my own jutsu’s." Kishi wore a evil grin as he spoke to himself. If anyone was around to here him they would think he was crazy. He didn’t mind if that was the case after all he was nuts. Nuts with a passion for causing pain. It was something he had developed with being around so many blood thirsty bastard over his travels.
"I wonder what I should do. I wonder if my hair idea will work." Kishi had been theorizing using hair in a steel form in a offensive way. He got the idea from a Jutsu from Konoha he learned called Underworld Spines. Some of it involved shooting his hair like kunai or senboms, others involved wipes and even possibly a defense kind of like that of Garras sand armor. Kishi was a very creative Shinobi. It was a strange twist to such a cruel person.
Then The shinobi quickly flickered through the hand seals for his idea. His hair rose and shot forward a few strands. they were rather soft thou but still solid enough to fly. They hit the ground and dropped. Kishi paused for a moment and tried it again. He would have to put more chakra into it and use another one of the hand seal from underworld spines. This time his hair rose up again shifting and shooting forward quickly and the hair was thicker this time. Using more strands they went farther this time. Still not powerful enough as a normal attack with a kunai. He wanted it to be like tones of senboms.
Kishi sat down to rest for a while and waited to think of another way to improve it.

Kishi finished pondering his thoughts of what to do with his idea. He stood up and tried it again. This time he fired quite a few more and they were harder but not as hard as steel. They made the distance of a few yards so Kishi was making progress. That satisfied him and intensified his evil smile that was already overtaking his spirit.
He stood again to begin performing the jutsu. Quickly and skillfully going through each movement, with little error. He put more chakra into it to harden it this time and added another seal. Finally it went after a few tries he had produced a new jutsu that would easily surprise a opponent. Kishi would still have master his jutsu thou.

The shinobi stood back and started performing the jutsu once again. He had it mastered to the extent of being able use it effectivly but now he had to perfect it. He shot several strand of hair randomly out in one stream about 50 shots. It was perfect. They shot piercing deep into the bark of the tree. He then started piviting back and forth shooting in several directions. It was failry easy for Kishi. He did this for a while to make sure he had each bit of his new tecnique mastered down to the T. After feeling he had it down just right he noticed he was going bawld so he sat down to think of how to get his hair back.

Kishi still had quite a bit of hair left so he would continue to training with his new jutsu and fully master it before thinking about getting his hair back. He already had a idea how anyways. "i'll practise moving targets now and speed'' He said to him self and watched several squirels and birds run around.
He quickly performed the hand seals and his hair adjusted into the firing postion. He then had it follow after his target going just before it and then firing. Rapidly several shots, Piercing the animal through. "hum...something faster now". he watched the birds and tryed it. Firing with only a few trying to develop his acurasy now. Three strands at a time, going right near the birds but the evaded quickly. He smiled and tryed again but still missed. so he sat down and sighed.

After sitting around for a little while the Shinobi stood and fired once more. Still focusing the small ammount of chakra needed to send out the strands. Sending out the projectiles towards the the small sparrows and huming birds. The dodged them still, and flyed off and then came back as if it was a game. Kishi could proably get them all if he used more hair but he needed it to be effective with just a few so he could have each aspect of the jutsu mastered and not waist anymore chakra than he had to during the coarse of a battle.
Then he tried one last time and hit the bird with a single missle going right through its body. The blood squiring out the other side as it hit. It made a evil flair inside the eyes of kishi. "thats fun lets try it again" He started to laugh like a jackel and then did it again. Firing several more times and hitting the small birds and other small points. "I think i have it down now"
Kishi felt his head and noticed he was going bald now so it was time for the next part of his jutsu idea's.

Hair regrowth training.Kishi walked through the woods over to a pure spring and sat down next to it in a almost meditative state. Which would be strange to anyone who knew him because he was far from having any kind of religon. "lets being" He performed a hand seal pattern similar to the underworld spines jutsu with a added one that was common amongs earth jutsus. "Growth awaken" His eyes glowed from the chakra he was sending to his head.
It started to grow back slowly and in small patches here and there. He would have to focus it and control it better. Then increase the speed so it was usable during combat, otherwise this would all be a waist of time.

The hair that had regrown was random and ungroomed looking. To random and tangled for what Kishi needed. It would have to better organized and smoother so he could properly use his jutsus. He was starting to feel tired from training so much so he took a solider pill so he could at least finish up learning this jutsu before ending his training session that had lasted a few days.
"lets try this again" He focused his chakr aand started moving his chakra amongst the roots of his hair and spontanously cause them to grow. It was working better than his earlier attemps as it came out even and at a constant rate now. he would still have to increase the speed, but for now he worked on getting it to grow the way it needed to.
He kept at this for several hours untell all his chakra was drained from his body and then he passed out. (his hair is now about 500Ft long now lol)

Kishi awoke from a deep slumber that lasted several hours. He pushed himself to his limit the day before; draining himself of every ounze of chakra to control the new jutsu. "its time" He stood up and performed the jutsu. The hair started to rapidly grow now much faster than the time before. He had all of it down each part of controlling it. He could now use it in battle with little worry of running out of chakra or being to slow to use it.
"great what to do with all this hair" He started performing the hand seals for another jutsu he had just learned to give him some more practise with it. "Hair missles" The hair came up instantly and stared falling apart as it fired quickly. A large mass thicker than a swarm of locusts shot forward destorying tree's animals and several other things as they passed bye. His hair was back to the normal length and thickness now. Kishi Smiled and left the area heading to where ever he wished.
