I would like to request the Chidori Mastery Jutsu's for Sucal Shrike (Link in sig)

Reasoning: It could be said that the information on it was found in his clans library (since they have been watching for almost as long as their has been ninja), It would suit his personality to have something quick and straight to the point (most of his jutsu's are good for either Assassination or Devastation, which the Chidori Tree combines.)

If memory serves, I do believe that someone on here already has the Chidori Mastery, though I can't recall who, nor if it's still active.

I don't think he's asking to be the Master, just to learn the skill. Though, you should only ask for one at a time, only the Gates is asked for in groupings.

I never understand why people want chidori if they don't have a bloodline like the sharingan, you'll just get yourself killed.

Kakashi Gaiden, plus when Kakashi was teaching it to Sasuke he said something along the lines of "only someone with the sharingan can master this jutsu"

1. Dunno anything about that.
2. Just because it isn't mastered doesn't make it not useful.
3. This isn't the manga, plus alot of times they are talking crap.
4. There are many risky techniques that shinobi still use.

It's because when you use chidori it gives you a huge speed boost, unfortunately you go so fast that your vision blurs and you can't really see anything, that's why you need sharingan or some other, similar doujutsu.

Have it ever occured to a person that maybe a user of chidori could also be a taijutsu specialist that is used to moving at high speeds and striking things that are blurred?

Also, I have Chidori!!! I was suppose to do some training, but then I was hit by inactiveness, then events, so blah....

A tai spec can't get A-rank kinjutsu ninjutsu...

Only Nin Major's can have S-Rank non-Kinjutsu and A-Rank Kinjutsu.

The thinking about Chidori only being for the Sharingan users is something that can be used in combat.. Not to mention the fact that there is perfectly Legal ways and means to get around that little weakness of the jutsu. Ok so Chidori Mastery is apparently out of the question, but is it still possible for my character to learn one or more of the Jutsus contained within.

I'm going to vote "Not right now" on this one. I say this because your RPC's only a Genin right now. When you get to either Chuunin or Jounin, then we may reconsider. Locked for now.

Chidori is far out of the question.

1) We do not have a chidori master right now.
2) AJ and I are deciding upon it.
3) We have no intentions of handing it out "RIGHT" now.

Also, As Katsuga said; not right now is a good way to put it, also we aren't gonna decide upon you being a chuunin or JOUNIN.
