Jutsu Rank ChangeI was reading in the Jutsu section, and I saw something that kinda got to me....
For Ryuuka no Jutsu - Dragon Fire Technique, why is it listed on here as an A-Ranked Jutsu, when it's listed as a C-Ranked Jutsu at another site? I think we should follow the other site, and how is it considered as "one of the strongest Katon Jutsus"?

Ummmm, dude.....? Ryuuka is a Jutsu that Sasuke used against Orochimaru during the Forest of Death..... He also used it in the Hidden Waterfall OVA.

Also, Sasuke is an Uchiha, which means that the user and learning of Katon is easy for him. And finally, Kat is still right. That jutsu is not as powerful as people think it it.

I say that it should be C-Ranked, like at the other sites. Though he's an Uchiha, yes, but he was still a Genin when he used it, and, as you should know, there's no WAY that a Genin can use a Jounin skill. (Naruto's the exception, of course)

I know I'm NOT A mod, but I agree with lowering it, just not to C level, I'd say to B level, that way it's still powerful, just not too powerful.
