I was looking through the Suiton Jutsus and found a couple of them that need work:

Here's the first:

Suiton: Bakusui Shoha [Water Release: Exploding Water Shockwave]

Description: The user can literally create water out of nothing, covering a vast area of ground. This is a great set-up for a person specializing in Suiton jutsus.

I looked this one up on leafninja, and here's what it said about it:

Suiton • Baku Suishouha is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, Kisame will expel water from his gullet. This will then expand into a large volume of water. Being from the Water Country, Kisame is at home with this type of jutsu. He can control the water by riding on top of the waves.

Suiton • Suishouha is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. Nidaime Hokage does a string of hand seals which then causes a large volume of water to materialize out of nowhere. The water can then be directed at his target.

Please look at these, and make the changes.

Actually there is a few blank jutsu. Might just want to skim through the lists and fix those.

I've noticed a couple other ones that need, or should need, some editing. For the Mokuuton Jutsus, those technically are Special Bloodline Jutsus because they're derived from the First Hokage, who had that Bloodline. Also, for the "One-fingered Earthquake, I believe that the requirement for that should be "great strength" and "great Chakra control" because, if you look at Lady Tsunade and Sakura, they both possess high Chakra control and immense strength. Also, "Oboro Bunshin" means "Haze Clone" on leafninja.com. There's also a mispelling: You have "Rakiri", and it should be "Raikiri". I'm not trying to sound like an ass or anything, just pointing out the mistakes.
