Moved to correct Thread. After you make an RPC, and it gets accepted, you just go to "Character Plots" and request for a Sensei.

You mean to correct forum? And Kats is right. Or PMing people that seem like they may want to RP, or joining in a thread that is open to everyone works as well

If its something your character can teach themselves, and you're not working with another person, you should make a thread in your village, and specify that you're training, and whether or not other people can join in. Then, just post descriptions of your character training until you meet the post requirement for that jutsu. Once you've learned it, post in template chages and get it applied, and voila'! A new jutsu is yours to wield.

Some can be learned but not all. Some will require some knowledge of it. Most Taijutsu ones would be in a book at a library, so RPing that would show that you know some of it enough to train it. Also, elemental releases are hard to RP learning so a scroll RP would most likely be your best bet at having the "knowledge" of it.

You're welcome, and remember: When you're RPing, theres a five line minimum for in character posts. Nothing quite ruins your day like making nine training posts and realizing half of them don't count.
