Zieg is a cold and ruthless soul whom's goal is power and to create the new world. He has a kind heart for his people and family and gives respect to few. He is intelligent and excels in the ways of the ninja. He is always plotting new ways to better himself and the world, and won't hesitate to use anyone to get to that. Though he never has bad intentions for anyone, as he gives life great thought. Everyone's life has a value and he believes that but those whom has lost their value must die. Description: The user gathers a massive amount of chakra into their vocal chords. Once done the user yells toward one direction. This technique because sent toward a single direction concentrates more on the direction, rather than a spread. If someone is caught within the blast they will lose their hearing for three posts and gain a feeling of nausea for one. It will also cause extreme pain in the ears.

Description: The user does a series of handseals for the technique. Once done they gather a large amount of chakra within their vocal chords and then lets out a wicked yell in one direction. Though the sound waves come at a single direction because of the power of this technique it can effect those around it. The technique stretches for 10 meters in a single direction and 5 meters everywhere else. If someone is hit directly by the full force of the sound waves they will suffer hear lose for five post, gain a feeling of nausea for three post and become unable to move for one. Their ears will also bleed, causing enormous pains. The distance for this is 5 meters away from the user and in the direction of the blast. Anyone not caught directly in the waves yet hear them will lose hearing for three rounds and feel nauseated for one. Once this technique is done the user cannot use voice techniques for two post. The user also loses the ability to hear for one post.

Description: The user takes the same methods as the Destructive Sound Waves and using more chakra but less force can make the sound waves become chakra blades. Once directed the waves that touch the opponent will cut their skin. The technique is not enough to rip completely through skin, nor sever anything but can still cause many wounds and over a period of time cause the target to bleed to death from all the cuts. This technique can only be used three times a day for if used too many times the waves will cut the sides of their mouths, as well as their inner mouth.

It works well with small, faint sounds.

Description: The user charges a massive amount of chakra into their vocal chords and then once ready lets out a loud yell, that can be held so long as the user has the ability to do so. When yelling the sound waves are so destructive it causes and earthquake up to 10 meters. So long as the user is able to yell the earth will continue to shake, knocking even the most balanced ninja off of their feet. This technique can be used to disrupt jutsu, or moving opponents. After this jutsu is done the user can not use sound techniques above C rank for five post.

Name: Sumitsuki no bachiatari (Black seal of the accursed)
Type: Kinjutsu

Requirements: Head admin or co admin approval. Must obtain from Zieg. Must be from Otogakure (unless given special permission)
Description: The technique is a jutsu invented by Itichi Zieg, made from his own hormones and blood. It is also infused with blood from a normal human. The seal can be put upon someone by only Zieg. Using special handseals if Zieg touches someone's body he can put the seal on someone. Once placed the seal with start to drain the body of all the victim's chakra. If the chakra isn't enough to satisfy the seal it will drain a person until they die. The process usually takes about a whole day. The victim will feel intense pain all over their body for 24 hours. If they cannot take it mentally then it will kill them. Once inflicted and done the seal will appear somewhere on the user's body. The seal is a black crescent moon. Once done the vitcim will then go on a blind rage for an hour, not being able to tell the difference in friend or foe. After the rage they will fall into a state of unconsciousness. There are stages of the seal that one can obtain by either putting their body through massive pain or willingly giving their chakra to the seal, which could kill them and only give them half capacity of the power.

Effects
Curse Seal: Level 0
The seal will be placed upon the body and constantly drain the user's chakra, though its not a rate fast enough to leave one weakened but it will need to be fed the chakra, in order to keep it stable. If not fed then the seal will kill the user. This stage gives no special bonuses or abilities.

Curse Seal: Level 1
The user must feed the seal a suitable amount of chakra. Once done the seal will activate. It would start to burn red and spread along the user's skin. It will make the user turn completely pitch black and their chakra will become visible, flowing around them like a smoke. Their chakra will turn to a dark purple color. Their eyes will become a white color. Their eye will disappear, leaving only the iris. The seal enhances physical performance by 25%. Their chakra will also increase by 25%, making jutsu feel more powerful than they are. In this state the seal will continue to chew at the user's chakra. If in this state for too long the seal will deactivate unwillingly, leaving the user weak and unable to preform jutsu of any kind. The seal however can be released at will, but will still leave the user drained by a certain amount for activation.

Curse Seal: Level 2
The user must feed the seal half of their chakra. If they however do not have the chakra to feed it with then they will die instantly. The seal will begin to cover the body once more. However unlike last time the body will not become completely black but simply make the skin a black tone. The user's hair will grow substantially and turn dark red. The seal also makes the user's hands become demonic. Making them grow claws and forcing wings out of their shoulder blades. The wings look like devil wings or bat wings. The user will also grow a tail, similar to a dinosaur's. The seal, instead of forcing chakra out of the body like last time, but rather eating the user's chakra will not have the same visual effect as the previous seal. The user's physical performance will increase by 55% and their chakra will increase dramatically, making most jutsu feel more powerful. It will also allow the user the ability to fly. The seal can not last very long and if the user doesn't willingly release it it will eat all of their chakra and kill them. Even when willingly releasing the seal the activation cost will leave them weak and most likely unconscious if they are not strong enough to take the seal.

Description: Having signed a contract in blood; any ninja with this ninjutsu technique can summon a beast, or beasts, from another plane of existence to use in battle. The user must use their own blood as a "sacrifice" to summon them, after performing the hand seals corresponding with their animal. There are many variations to the Kuchiyose, and some of which include the substitution of a life as a blood sacrifice, or even no sacrifice or hand seals at all. Not all things summoned are animals. People and items can be summoned.

Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Technique]

Description: Being a forbidden and advanced ninjutsu, only a few people know this technique perfectly. It is similar to the Bunshin no Jutsu since the main function is to create clones. However, Kage Bunshin no Jutsu doesn't create mere illusion clones. This jutsu can create clones that are real, and can deal physical damage. They disappear after being hit by an attack.

Kokuangyo no Jutsu [Verse of Black Darkness Skill]

Description: A genjutsu technique that effectively blinds the user's the enemy. Total darkness engulfs them, and they can see nothing but their own body. The caster can then freely attack their enemy in this state with no tremendous worry of a counter-attack, unless the enemy is extremely talented. If the user is caught while still casting this technique, the jutsu is immediately dispelled.

Name: Seigensoku [Limit Flux]

Requirements: Genjutsu specialist
Description: This is a very dangerous and powerful jutsu, only to be used by those with a great deal of experience in Genjutsu. It can decrease brain activity in the target's brain by up to 2% or increase it by up to 5%. Normally a human uses 7% of their brain, and 3% is required to maintain the higher brain functions, meaning someone suffering from a reduction would barely be conscious, and at reduced fighting capability. Conversely, an increase in brain activity can be deadly as well after a while. If left in a heightened state for more than five minutes (10 Posts), the target will enter a coma for twelve hours. This jutsu is a huge drain on the user's reserves, and can only be used AT MOST twice every three threads, though that is for someone with an above average chakra pool.

Requirements: The target must preform Genjutsu kai, while being effected by a genjutsu. If used in a profile, the profile must be approved by Zieg.
Description: An extremely powerful genjutsu, developed, and created by Zieg. This jutsu counters the effects of Genjutsu kai, but a requierment must be met. First the target must be inflicted by a genjutsu. Next he or she must then preform genjutsu kai. Once the technique has been used genjutsu kai kaunta must be activated. The genjutsu fools the mind into believing a genjutsu has really been countered, and then puts an opponent in yet another genjutsu, fooling the mind into believing its making the actions the opponent wishes. This is an extremely powerful technique, which puts a large amount of strain on the user]

Name: Chidori 千鳥 (One Thousand Birds)

Description: Chidori is one of the most powerful lightning techniques in the ninja world. It is an assassination technique, used by only the most skilled of ninja. The technique requires steps needed to be taken to use it. Once learned the user can preform Chidori. The technique starts by using the handseals then the user channeling chakra to their hand of choice. The user must channel so much chakra that it becomes visible. Once done they must add the principles of the lightning release to it. The chakra should start to flow and rage with electric sparks, which makes a chirping sound, similar to that of birds. Usually to keep the hand in place the opposite hand must hold the controlling wrist to keep it steady but a skilled user needs not to do this. Once done the user starts moving at an incredible speed. For Chidori to continue being maintained during movement incredible high speeds are needed. The user then thrusts his hand at something, usually destroying it completely, as Chidori has the ability to destroy small mountains and turn them into rubble. Chidori is powerful but has one incredible drawback. Because of the speed used during the activation the user's eyes become blurred. The area in front of them is all they can see, as a blurred like tunnel is all the person can see. Also the user can only move in a straight line, because if the user tries to turn the effects of Chidori would be decreased severely, though a line effect movement is possible, but makes the vision worse. This makes it so that one can be attacked if the target dodges Chidori. Because of this Chidori is only usable, skillfully by a shinobi with a doujutsu with similar abilities to the Sharingan. Such doujutsu eliminates the vision drawback of Chidori and allows it to be used more strategically. The Limit to a Chidori user is usually three times a day. The user can train this jutsu to be able to use it more times. If the user over exceeds his limits he will die.

Description: This is training to see if one can hold the chakra within their palm and make it visible. Because making chakra visible is suppose to be imposable for most shinobi, this technique makes it so that the user knows how much chakra to generate to their palm and then hold it long enough to make an effect. Then the user must be able to run an an incredible speed and hold the molded chakra without it going out and feeling fatigue.

Description: The Raikiri is a stronger variation of the technique, Chidori. After applying the same effects of chidori the user uses more chakra and usually has a better understanding of the lightning release, in which case it will show. The significant difference in Raikiri is that the lightning that forms around the user's hand is a brighter and lighter blue color and the sound of chirping birds disappears. Raikiri is much stronger than Chidori, for it was known to have cut through a bolt of lightning. (hence the name, lightning blade) Same drawbacks and effects of Chidori applies to this. The destructive power of Raikiri is a multiple of Chidori's, in which case this technique can destroy entire mountain sides. It can easily rip through skin, even bone.

Description: This technique is a variation of the Chidori jutsu. Using this allows one to send electrical currents through their bodies, shocking anything and everything that comes within distance of the user. If someone is caught within the current of this technique they will be paralyzed for one post. A skilled user can make this technique go to specific parts of the body and even send it through to a blade, increasing the blade's destructive powers. When this technique is activated a large electrical current runs through the user, making lightning flutter around the user.

Description: The user disappeares into a flurry of rose petals. The rose petals begins to blow everywhere around the opponent. The genjutsu works the opponent's eyes, making them less visible when inside the flurry of petals. When moving sometimes the user leaves mirages of him or herself. The Genjutsu lasts as long as the user con keep his chakra flow going through out the area. But the genjutsu can be maintained no longer than five post.

Description: This jutsu requiers mass concentration to preform. The user first creates a hand seal, and begins to focue chakra. Once this happens the user must then make eye sight with his opponent. Once done the genjutsu takes effect. The user's concentraited chakra temporarly knocks an opponent unconscious, for about one to two seconds. During this time the user can make movements, striking his opponent, or avoiding him. The target doesn't realize he or she was put under the genjutsu, therefor not realizing it happened at all. It will only appear as if the user has teleported.

Description: The user stares at an opponent deep into their eyes. The user's chakra will make an opponent groggy and fall asleep. The genjutsu can be held as long as the user stares at them or holds the seal.

Description: The user stares at a target and then messes with the brain, causing them to see a scenario within their mind. The user will make the target see whatever he wants. The technique is instant and lasts for only one post.

Description: The user stares into the eye of his opponent and creates an illusion within the mind. Using an immense force of chakra the user makes an illusion of the user being in a wasteland. The wasteland is dark and everything is almost gray. Suddenly form below their feet a large black orb appears and surrounds the opponent in a large area, about 100 feet in diameter. The orb then quickly comes in, sinking into the ground and getting smaller as it goes along, eventually crushing the target. Once done the opponent's body will feel fatigue and tired. Background:
A few days after birth Zieg was taken by his father Zien Itichi and fled his village. Zien then found a peaceful village called Kirasowa. This was one of the very few villages that had no ninjas
and wanted nothing but Peace.Upon arrival Zien began to realize the village's hatred of viloence and ninjas.After roaming the city for a while Zien ran into a women called Himiko Amimura. Himiko allowed Zien and Zieg to stay with her for a while in her house. 3 years has passed and Zien and Himiko fell in love with each other. Zien loved Himiko deeply and realized that his stay in the village would eventually endanger Himiko and his son.Zien left the village leaving nothing but a small pendent never to be heard from again.Himiko hated Zien for this but soon realized that he must have left for a good reason.Having accepted the loss of her loved one she took Zieg in as her own and gave Zieg her last name.

As Zieg grew he began to take a interest in ninjas and started studying them. Zieg wanted to be a ninja but his mother wouldn't allow it.
Around the age 9 Zieg met a boy about 2 years older than him named Momochi Akechi who shared the same love for ninjas as Zieg did. Over a period of time Zieg just began to call Momochi his older brother. Sometimes they would forget they weren't even related. At night Zieg and Momochi would secretly study about Jutsus and Chakra. Zieg had an amazing amount of chakra even though he never noticed, and he could never get a jutsu right. Momochi was a natural at creating clones, transforming into other objects, and replacing himself with other objects. After Zieg turned 11 Momochi decided to go out and become a ninja. Zieg wanted to follow Momochi but his mother and the towns people would stop him.

This broke Zieg's spirit and he would begin to forget about his dreams of becoming a ninja.For months he would spend his days studying and running errands for people. At the age of 13 Zieg was running an errand for a friend late one night and all of a sudden was attacked by some thugs. Zieg was badly injured and received a scar across his face and back. Zieg might have been killed if not for the appearance of a mysterious ninja. The ninja quickly dispatched the thugs then left without a sound.

After Zieg recovered he ran away even more determined to become a ninja. After weeks of traveling he came across a village called Sound. Shortly after Zieg's arrival he went to the ninja academy only to be told
he wasn't good enough to be a ninja and to go home. Zieg couldn't face his mother or the other villagers after running away. For a year Zieg roamed the land looking for a new home where he could be accepted.

After traveling through a busy village Zieg over heard some men talking about Kirasowa mysteriously being destroyed. Zieg quickly returned to where his village once stood only to find it large rubble and small ashes.
Zieg searched the rubble for survivors and answers for why his village was destroyed. Zieg found nothing but a small pedant with a picture of a man with the words Zien Itichi engraved on the back. Zieg didn't realize it was his father till later on. Zieg could only think of one thing and that
was to find out who did this and why. For a year day in and day out Zieg trained hiimself in the ninja arts trying to become stronger. When Zieg turned 15 he returned to Sound and became an academy student with only one goal in mind, find out who destroyed his village and get revenge. This is where Zieg's story begins...................

After a short period of time upon entering the village Zieg entered the genin exams. He easily won his first match, and advanced to the second round. His second match was against a mysterious person, whom happen to be of the Hyuuga clan. Zieg was defeated by the power of the Byakugan, and gentle fist technique. Because Zieg showed sich prowess in the exams he passed, and became a Genin. Now Zieg lives his days training, trying to get stronger, and find out what happen to his village.

Over time Zieg learns about his past, and the origin of his clan. It was quite surprising to him, but he took position of the head of his clan, after becoming a chuunin at age 19. Soon afterwards, due to the years of having no kage he became a jounin, though not out of pity, or need, for Zieg was a high ranked, and very skilled ninja.

Due to the current situation of the Sound village, and supposed death of Orochimaru Zieg was instantly promoted to Kage, seeing as he was one of the strongest ninja in Sound, next to one other. Zieg was soon reunited with his long lost sister, and accepts Shuuyin Itichi, a lone Itichi as his personal student.

After a short time Zieg had assasinated the Mizukage of the Mist village and gained a bounty on his head from each and every village. His plans to destroy Konoha and Sunagakure had taken effect. After making more enemies he had attempted to keep the village standing so far. Now he is faced with the threat of new shinobi raining in from every village.
