Ice Release?If all cannon bloodlines are closed, shouldn't all Ice techniques be remove from the library? They take Hyoton blood after all.

I can answer this easily... No. There is still an RPC with that bloodline active. So it will remain as that... a Bloodline.

Yes but it's a Cannon bloodline, so no one else would be able to use them. But if there's an active Hyoton, guess it doesn't matter. As long as someone gets to use them. Ah and another thing, Tree Genesis is obviously a bloodline jutsu to anyone the reads the manga. But as it stands right now, anyone can learn it. I definately think if you can learn that which is unique to two people, you should be able to use techniques that have been used by at least 4 people.

Everyone with a canon bloodline from before the "no canon" rule was made, gets to keep them. Just no new ones may be made.
Also, we will not take out ice jutsu. That is like saying, we have fire jutsu but we should delete them because there isnt a fire clan.

Like it was said if you paid attention Curtis... Anyone with a Canon before they were deleted keeps it with their bloodline. And it will remain as a Bloodline jutsu. When the RPC is gone, then we will change it if not delete it.

lol I edited a post above. And also Lava, I'm not saying take it out because there not clan for it. I'm saying take it out because it specifically calls for a clan. And like I have said before, I had no idea there was an Active Hyoton, I quite realize someone with a bloodline before the closing has them. I'm in one after all.
And as I have also said, nevermind as long a someone gets to use them. Might wanna move them into the bloodline however.

Then we will simply remove the requirement for the clan from the jutsu.

No clan, but you still need the specific release? Sounds good. Just say the Hyoton clan greatly improve the effectiveness. And maybe that they get the Ice Release without it counting against they're others.
