Well, you make the post requirements no problem, but I don't think that anymore Bloodlines/Clans are being accepted right now, plus, you'd have to make another RPC, unless you want your old one back. | ||||

There's been a LOT of good Bloodlines/Clans made since you left from here, but that's up to you. If you start fresh, you'll have to wait until your RPC is at least a Chuunin before you can post your Bloodline/Clan, if you want to, and if it's open.
