but the only things i can do is change my avatar and sig, but i cant put my character info in

Lol.... Go to Profile at the top of the screen and you'll be good from there

you get TP after completeing mission, and such the amount there you manually add, after completing said missions, and such, so that part is just manual.
As for invitory you could either put "Look at profile's" or list what is in your character's invintory.

When you click profile at the top of the page, the page it directs you to should have a slot for inventory. Then you can proceed to do what pikmin said.
