The jutsus made specifically for him.
Background: Born with a blind right eye Goro grew up with his brother Kite and his Grandmother. This is because his parents died in an accident when ambushed by a group of Missing-Nin. During his years as an Academy Student he went through what normal children do when they went to the Shinobi Academy. Later on in his life when he graduated and became Genin, he started to learn how to use his mothers Giant Fan that she had left behind that day when she was murdered. While training with it he cut his eye creating a scar on it. Training with it and learning how to use the fan helped him become stronger than the average shinobi. Though he does not look it he is partially strong. While taking the chunnin exam he went through fierce battles and hungering days.When he became chunnin he left the village for an unknown reason.
Sample Post: Goro was walking through the village as he came across a man in a mask holding a bag of goods Goro had had earlier. Because Goro had brought some goods to his grandmothers house. Hey you there! Where did you get that bag? He asked questioning him “None of your business kid!” The man said as Goro began doing some hand signs then taking out his fan in the back of his sash on his back. You’ll pay for taking them from my grandmother! I hope…. Goro thought.

ok, but so far, you need to balance your physical weaknesses. Large Chakra Pool counts as physical. also, what kind of weakness is "-He will not talk back to his grandmother"? That's more of a personality trait, so replace that with a physical and you're good so far.

You only have to be Chuunin Level for Silent Reality is what Lava meant. Also, you need two razor fans for Wind Release: Air Bullet Barrage. I know since I created it. You also need Metal Fan in your inventory. Plus you should add Dust Wind, as it can be a very good attack against Genjutsu users.

Oh about that.. its a C rank jutsu made by Orochimaru its on wikipedia. But if it doesen't apply to here then I'll take it off. All it really does is alow the user to spit air blasts out of the persons mouth. Either as a few small ones or just one big one.

it's not necessary since you have my air bullet barrage. also, i think someone may have made a similar custom jutsu. if not then you either need to make it yourself or take it off.

I didn't look up the jutsu's, but keep in mind you're only a chuunin, and can only have 2 A-ranked jutsu's.

Edit: Done I added one more A ranked jutsu so im done with them. Its Genjutsu so my Sharingan is not completely useless.

Ummm... this is very stupid. Lava is making exceptions on the sharingan for everyone now. he may as well just re-open the bloodline.
Also, "He does not know of Otogakure and its evil ways" is not a weakness. And I assume you are a Chuunin-ranked missing nin, so you might wanna put Chuunin is brackets.
Other than that it looks good.

I never allowed poeple to make their silent relaity characters yet,or said you can start out as Silent Reality with another RPC. I said you can start out with a chuunin if you are going to be in Silent Reality, but you need to reach Jounin for Silent Reality. So this is invalid. Also, I never approved that use of sharigan for Joker. He is lying about "Lava's Permission".

And what he meant about the chuunin/jounin thing was, if you ARE using a new rpc to get into SR, you can start out at chuunin, however your character must rank train or pass the exams to get to jounin before IC joining SR

Yes, you must be Jounin+ to be in Silent Reality. And please show me my post in this topic Joker. I never allowed you to get Sharingan, let alone Mangekyo Sharingan.

I never had the Mangekyo Sharingan intill I was in a conversation with Eric on msn where he got the ok by it. I then read that Ky said to change the profile and make me a missing nin which then I made some more screwing around with it. Teg I did read that for a fact. I cant exactly explain what Eric said to me in the conversation because it was the day I made that profile. You could put this in the Not Accepted List/Rejected List and I'll edit bit by bit intill im ready for a resubmission. Sorry for all the confusion.

The scar is really just for show it doesen`t really effect him. The stronger than an average human being just meens he has great strenght.
