Description: This is an advanced skill for breaking genjutsu, however, no shinobi should be without it. It allows one to break illusions without hurting themselves, does not require any hand seals and works against stronger techniques than Kai. Since every genjutsu in essence is the opponent confusing one's five senses by interfering with their chakra flow in a specific way, momentarily stopping your chakra flow completely and then reversing it, which is what this skill is about, can break theoretically any illusion. Naturally, one's skill in controlling their chakra determines how well this will work.
Allows one to break a genjutsu of S rank or below. For the lower rank characters, genjutsu of A rank or below take one whole post to break, while genjutsu of S rank take two posts. For higher rank characters, genjutsu of A and S rank take a whole post to break, while genjutsu of B rank and below take half a post. Kinjutsu genjutsu require twice as much time, though only higher rank characters can break A rank kinjutsu, and none can break S rank kinjutsu.
What excatly is the learning requirements for a ninjutsu specialist to learn the Higher Form of Genjutsu break? The main reason why I ask is that while a Ninjutsu Major can learn it as an S rank, it appears to state that Ninjutsu Spec's seem to require SS rank, which doesn't really seem correct or fair..
I understand that while they might not get the same advantages that Itjutsu and Genjutsu specs might get (whose Majors learn it at the same rate as the Nin major) but it just doesn't seem right for a major to learn something easier then a spec.

I think what he meant was "Genjutsu Kai" because it's considered a Basic Jutsu. Don't know where he got that from...

Description: A very useful technique that dispels or prevents the effects of genjutsu in its early stages. To perform it, the user only needs to hold their hands in a tiger hand seal and channel some chakra into it. A lower-level genjutsu will be dispelled without any harm to the user. This can also be done on someone else, in which case the user must touch them before releasing the technique. However, it is a low-level ninja skill, as there are more effective ways of countering genjutsu. This will only dispel genjutsu of B-rank or below.
Besides, I'm currently more interested in what Rank I have to be in order to learn the Genjutsu Release, whatever the name is

Fix it? The link for that is called "Canon Basic Jutsus", and "Kai" goes there, not "Break".

But if I do that, what will happen to Genjutsu break, which is like the only way for non uchiha to break out of High ranking illusions.
Also.. can someone answer my first question about learning the damn thing..., even if its not a basic I still want it.
