I saw a couple of profiles, that have two specializations. What rank does one have to get that? Just Asking.

Doesn't matter. Though it's not a "rule", we've never allowed ANYONE to be a Dual Spec. on here. I proposed it at one time, and it was shot down on sight.

That's crap, especially since you can't Double Primary. If you think about it, that should be allowed

Double spec is only possible on NONE-BLOODLINE characters who achieve SS Rank. They undergo a special training that gives them one more style point. They may choose to Increase their Minor into a Specialization or pic a new minor.

HOWEVER, the downside is that what ever you pick, to will become 1.5x more susceptible to the other styles Except puppets.
