Doctor's Assistants

Allie sighs, this was going to be a long mission. It requires patience, rather running around and attacking speedly. This one requires a gentle touch, but fortunately she was good with her hands. She checks her bag of basic medical supplies, and a weapons scroll on her side. She had to go to a small town and help a doctor. Thus her bow was useless, but she tied it to a scroll just in case. A ninja needs to always be prepared.

She steps into the town, Hikari the white fox following her. She approchs a townsperson, "Pardon me, where's the hospital at?" The person says a few simple direction, pointing farther into town. "Arigato!" she bows and continues to the building, stopping to buy a sweet bun from an outside vendor. "A little energy boost." She tears off some and feeds it to Hikari, while feeding her own face. "Mmm, good." she says, Hikari agreeing with an nod. She continues on to the hospital, pausing outside of finish her bun. She walks in, waving at the first person she sees, a brown haired, green eye boy.

Chiisuchianu

Chiisuchianu turned around to see Allie standing there. "Hey," he said enthusiastically, "I've been waiting for ya. The doctor gave me a direct request so I've been here a while."

Chiisuchianu came on this mission because he had good chakra control and hoped to learn a little bit about the medical arts. His family told him it was something he might be good at, and wanted him to explore all his possible options as a shinobi, so here he was...

Chiisuchianu put his hand out for a greeting as usual, but realizing he had a bloody glove on he decided otherwise and laughed at the thought of it, then kept his hand outstreched.

"Um, hi? I not gonna shake your hand, no offense." she bows, "I'm Aleison Nova, people call me Allie. So why are you so bloody, I didn't think it would be that hands on." "Heh," A young man in doctor's scrubs comes from the back. "I'm Doctor Aizen, nice to meet you. " He looks at Chiisuchianu. "I just had him dissect an small animal, to get the basic idea of surgery. Anyways, wash up Chiisuchianu, and Allie come with me. Chiisuchianu come too once you've washed up. I have some sorting work for the both of you." Allie nods, "Boy this is gonna be fun!" Hikari look up at her like she's totally wierd.

Chiisuchianu

Chiisuchianu nodded to Allie and Doctor Aizen. He was kept fairly busy disecting that poor little pigglet, but oh well, it was fun while it lasted. He rushed back to where he had been going to work on the pig, endtrails and organs were skewed everywhere... Uh o he thought, this will be a little bit of a mess. He quickly scooped up the pig parts and flung them into the trash. "Three Pointer!" he yelled as they plopped into the waste basket one by one.

Now to wash his hands... Chiisuchianu forgot where the sink was and found himself shunpo'ing around the hospital looking for the sink. There it was! He found it! Chiisuchianu made sure to wash his hands quickly and get right back to buisness, but the truth was he had forgetten where he had gone to get to the sink!!!

After asking a cute nurse for directions and trying his best to be a regular "casa nova" he found his way back to the entry way and the lady at the front door was kind enough to tell him where Allie and Dr. Aizen had run off to. Whew he thought, what a relief... he was being such a clutz today, how unusual of him... and ironic since he was to be working with delicate hospital situations that called for top form 24/7.

Finding Dr. Aizen and Allie he said, "I'm back!" raising his hands up as if to prove they were clean.

OOC: By the way it's a rather medium-small town, and the hospital isn't that big.

IC: Doctor Aizen grins, "Took you long enough, anyways," he looks back intp the storage room, "I want you to alphabetize all these items. Also, I want you to put things in proper group and sections. He look over to a corner of the room. "For instance, the medicine starts over there. Any questions?" He looks back towards the two. "Um, all of it? Isn't this a tad bit much for two people?" Allie asks. "Maybe, but there are times when I've had to do this all on my own. Besides this is the best way to start to familiarize yourself with the supplies." He waits to see if Chiisuchianu has any questions before he leaves them to there work.

Chiisuchianu

Chiisuchianu sighed. The only thing on his mind right now was how much bullshit this task was. He didnt want to spend his day sorting through boxes, his parents would be pissed if he didnt achieve chuunin in the next exams so he had to be hard on his training. But he thought to himself, perhaps the secrets the doctor would teach him were worth the sorting and other quote-unquote "bitch work." Thinking this reminded him of how his parents would look down on his foul language, but he didnt care, he'd do what he wants.

Coming back to reality he realized that the doctor was still standing there infront of him asking if he had any more questions. He had to stop letting his mind drift off like that.

"Um no, no questions I can think of. Sounds pretty self explanitory," Chiisuchianu said looking down at the well-labeled boxes on the floor next to him. He then waved as if to let the doctor know it was okay to leave so they could start on their work and opened the box labeled Z. He figured since they Z's were further back in the storage room they would work from the back to front to make things easier towards the end where no doubt they would be extremely bored and fed-up with this work.

"Okies, see ya Aizen-sensei!" Allie waves to him, before he leaves. "Alright I'll leave this too you two. Ask the nurse if you have any questions." He walks out of the room, leaving the two to their work. "Um ok," Allie turns to Chiisuchianu, "Let's see here." She looks at him looking at the box. "Work our way from the back? Sounds like a good idea. I didn't catch your name though." This boy seemed a bit introverted, which Allie didn't enjoy too much. She wanted someone she could talk to. She figured this kind of work was coming, but was sure the medical knowledge was worth it. Tamotsu obviously wanted her to learn medical skills, possibly due the the shortage of med nin.

Chiisuchianu

Chiisuchianu looked up at her oddly, her facial expressions were someone piercing. As if she was making some kind of assumption about him before she'd even really gotten to know him. Yah, Chiisuchianu had seen this face before. Thought he couldnt exactly put his finger on what it was she was assuming about him.

Oh well, Chiisuchianu responded, "My name is Shihōin Chiisuchianu."

He looked back down at the box thinking he should say something else, possibly start a conversation to keep the sorting process somewhat lively. "Ummm... you like being a ninja?" was all he could think of. Shit that was the wrong question. He laughed.

"What I meant to say was... eh forget about it. This is no way to start a conversation. How's your day going?" Chiisuchianu had given up, she probably thought he was wierd or something, but he didnt care anymore... there were plenty of academy students that wanted to date him and who even said he was intrested. Wait why was he thinking about this? That thought never even crossed his mind before he was just bored and wanted something to talk about.

Just unload the boxes, he thought... he started going to work.

Allie giggles, maybe this guy wasn't so bad. He seemed to be bad around new people, but not intentionally so. She decides to answer him without sarcasm, it was unlike her anyways. "Of course I do, I only wish I was strong enough to do missions that are worth while." She begins sorting, as her fox sits on a shelf that's out of their way. Allie made steady progress, seemingly using her normal hyperactiveness to help her finish the job. She looks over her shoulder, "My choosen shinobi weapon is a bit unusual, I'm from a family of prestigous archers. What's your choosen fighting style?" She decides to help the conversation along, getting people to talk was one of her specialties. Or so she likes to think.

Chiisuchianu

Chiisuchianu nodded, "Ya there's a lot of pressure from my family to be a strong shinobi capable of completely the toughest missions and do the hardests of tasks, but to be completely honest... sometimes it pisses me off. Because it doesnt really give me enough room to be myself. You know what I mean?"

Chiisuchianu saw her lightly move on to her next response about being an archer, an intresting weapon of specilization indeed, he thought. Chiisuchianu said, "Well im not really sure if I have anything I could really call a specialization. I like to use my bare hands more than anything. They work well when you put some chakra behind your blows allowing for a highly effective taijutsu/ninjutsu combination. It can really leave the opponent battered and bruised and you can even focus the same chakra to enhance speed. I guess you could say Chakra is my favorite weapon when combined with taijutsu."

Chiisuchianu figured that would be a sufficient answer as he continued to work. But he hoped it hadnt talked her ear off.

"Yea that kind of pressure can really suck. Try not to let I get to you." she says, making steady progress with the arrangement of the various tools and medicine. "I hate saying this, since I dearly love my family, but just wait until you can go out on you're own. I mean, my grandma is hard on me, but only because I want her to be. To expect so much from one person is asking for too much. I hope you prove you're parents wrong from them trying to push you so hard." She looks around the room, measuring the approximate time the task will take them, "We'll be in here for a few hours, at least. Oh, heh," she point the her fox, "I don't think I've introduced her, that's Hikari-chan."

Chiisuchianu

Chiisuchianu nodded, she seemed very supportive and nice. That was the kind of people Chiisuchianu wanted to be around, he thought. He responded, "Ya, I wish I was so lucky. Dont get me wrong, I care about my parents, but the thing is sometimes I'm just sick of them being so uptight, and I just feel like instead of putting me down for motivation they should try and be supportive." Eh, Chiisuchianu wasnt sure this was an appropriate topic to talk about, I mean he just met her and she probably didnt care about his problems with his family.

Chiisuchianu looked over at the fox she said was "Hikari-chan." It was an adorable little thing. Chiisuchianu loved animals. He said, "Hey Hikari-chan. Do you mind if I pet you?" he reached his hand out to pet the fox.

They were making progress and things could be done sooner than he expected if they paced themselves.

Hikari makes a low purring noise as she's petted. "Yea she likes you," Allie says as she continues to arrange the items. She started memorizing the label and what things do. Granted she wasn't planning to be a medical ninja, Tamotsu-sama obviously thought she was good for it. Besides she could do both. And since she may be a med nin as her profession, she may as well know what she would have to work with in the future. "Sorry if this takes me a bit longer, I'm reading some of this stuff. So I can get a feel for what I'll have to use in the future. If I'm gonna do this med thing I might as well be good at it."

Chiisuchianu

Chiisuchianu smiled and laughed when he pet the fox. Chiisuchianu was such a kid at heart. "I'm so glad she likes me, I'm quite the animal lover," Chiisuchianu said. The box unloading buisness was going pretty quick for Chiisuchianu, work like this was not at all tiring for a taijutsu specialist meaning he could do it at a fast pace. He noticed, however, that Allieson had been working a lot slower then him. He thought he'd tell her to pick up the pace a little bit until he heard what she had said. He nodded his head, "Perhaps I should take a little more care to exam them myself, after all the healing arts are somewhat of an intrest to me and medical ninjutsu could bring my chakra control to a whole new level."

He continued to work on but now he was paying careful attention to each item as was Allieson.

She grins, a bit show offish, "My chakra control is good, I suppose this is so I can be better support to my fellow shinobi. I need good chakra control for what I do with arrows." She stops to read a label, "It seems this poison is the antidote to another one, that's strange. Reading some of this stuff gives me ideas for some great smoke bombs. We Nova use them as a supplementary tools."

The sorting takes most of the day and it's nightime by the time they're done. Doctor Aizen comes in as they finish with the last few items. "Excellent, you two are done. Get something to eat and then return. You'll be staying here tonight." he hands them a bit of money and bows, "Excuse me for being a bit antisocial, but I am very busy now a days."

Chiisuchianu

Chiisuchianu was glad for her, she had found something she was good at. But he didnt want to ruin her moment by telling her he was good at chakra control as well. Besides that wouldnt be very humble of him and would probably make him seem like a big jerk. Hearing what she said about the smoke bombs and poisins gave Chiisuchianu some ideas and he began formulating his own ideas on what could be done with what.

When Aizen came back and gave them the money Chiisuchianu smiled back. But the truth was Chiisuchianu didnt like taking handouts. He gave the money he recieved to Allieson and said, "Here I dont need it, my family has to much money the way it is." With a smile he went down with her to figure out what to eat. "So where do you want to go to eat? We can go anywhere you want, and if it doesnt fit the budget then I'll make up for the rest with my own money." Chiisuchianu smiled he was trying to be nice.

OOC: Why'd I have to pick the name Aizen? I'm giving myself the creeps. XD

IC: Allie bows, "Arigato Aizen-sensei. I trust we'll learn something a bit more applied in tomorrow?" "Of course, but the knowledge you received today will help you in the future. Don't stay out too long you two." he leaves, going elsewhere in the hospital. Allie turns back to Chiisuchianu, saying "Alright, now what to eat." before he decides to hand her his money. "Um, thank you, but I think it's for the work as well." she hands it back to him. "Besides, I'm fine with what I earned. Thank you anyway."

Allie decides they should first look at the town before deciding what to eat. There are few places to eat, seeing it's such a small town. "Hmm, I'm in the mood for some rice. Haven't had in for a while. Granted that while was a couple nights ago." she looks at him, "Sound good?"

OOC: Due to the large waiting time....

For the next week Allie and Chiisuchianu did nurse like chores for the doctors. The last half of the week, Aizen has them dress and even sew wounds. Under his guidance, of course. Both of the young shinobi learn much about the human body from this hands on experience. To help them learn for future pursuits into being a medic, Aizen had another doctor teach them a bit and hand them read up on the human body. This left them with little free time, but the doctor provided them with plently of food. Most of if was healthy, but Hikari doesn't complain at all.

It was time for Allie to go back home, and she waves bye to Aizen and Chiisuchianu. She had a better understanding on how to help her friends when recieve injuries. She makes her way back to Konoha to report in.
