Name: Beowulf
Description: These gaunlets and greaves are made out of mysterious metal. Looking on the inside, it appears that it was once apart of a creature of some sort. They bound with you when you wear them and stimulate your muscles. There is a open area in them for her Chakra Chains to sit in. In normal mode, you can charge the gaunlets with chakra, resulting in harder hits. When you enter gates, they produce vents in the sides and take on a white glow. They automatically feed on your chakra like this and become heavier as a result. They also moderately increase your movement speed(s). You can also do certain techniques, depending on what you know;

= Killer Bee - A powerful jump kick that hits the opponent with chakra charged greaves.

Shunshun = Straight - You slide right at an enemy and deliver a powerful straight punch to them.

Shinryuuken or Shouryuureppa = Beast Uppercut - A quickly executed uppercut that has a pillar of energy form along with it.

Konoha Senpuu or Shofu = Rising Sun - Two quick jump kicks designed to knock and opponent into the air. Killer Bee is often performed after.

AtsuShou = Volcano - A punch to the ground that sends a shockwave of energy out 20. The farther an opponent is from the center, the less damage they take.

Name: Combat Suit (Tailored)
Description: First and formostly it reduces the damage taken for energy based attacks. It reduces the damage from electricity even moreso, and can absorb a moderate amount into it's storage in the back. When the small backpack isn't full, Dharma can convert her chakra into electricity within it. Any electricity she has stored may be surged anywhere on suit. If she doesn't get rid of the electricity before it overloads, the unit will blow up. Fortunatly she made a fail safe which allows her to quickly detact it from the rest of the suit. Lastly the suit is designed to apply pressure to certain points of her body to stimulate blood flow and enhance performance as a result. It appears a full body short sleeved/ legged yellow zip up uniform which has a white stripe down each side, with a metal half sized backpack on the back.

Name: Concealed Vials
Description: These are standard chemical vials, but are designed not to break on accident. She has stardard reinforced ones, but she also has duel chamber ones. The two chemicals will start combining shortly after she twists the vial. Dharma carries dozens of these on her at all times, usually in her Team trench. The are ones that create explosions and enhanced mineral water so she can use Suisho Hassei no Jutsu[Crystal Creation Technique] in a pinch. They appear to be made of a somewhat transparent silver.

How do heavy greaves and gauntlets increase your speed? Actually, how can any kind increase your speed, but especially heavy ones?

Here's an idea, gauntlets made of biological components and meshes with your hand and actually loosens the tendons in your arm so that you can swing faster, that's more logical.

Yea (how can it be chakra covered if it didn't lol). Made the suit S ranked and edited some of it.

your gauntlets need to be at least S rank, If they can change the damage and such on certain taijutsu techniques, yeah they gotta jump the rank.

I doesn't change jutsu, knowing the jutsu merely unlocks some latent abilities already in them. Changed to A, I'd be glade to make it S but the whole Jounin can't use S thing stopping me.

Ok, your point is not backed up by anything ballian. This costs additional chakra to make the jutsu stronger and you still need to know the jutsu, not just "wtf me gots powerzes kthxbye"

Let's see: items specifically designed to enhance taijutsu power. Makes sense to me. Like I said, it would be questionable if those were its own powers, but they require knowledge of those techniques, so it's fine. They aren't even that much stronger than the original taijutsu.

Also, you fail horribly at sarcasm. That comment was not sarcastic at all
