Confused...Okay, I just noticed that when your making your character, under "Jutsu you want to learn"
You can put a vague topic like "Medical jutsu or something..."
Any how...as I said before.

I thought you were limited to learning the jutsu in that section.

Tinaki... not to sound mean... but your comment is so off... that it no longer makes sense.
I'll clear this up. When you make a character, you are not obligated to put the entire listing of jutsu you want. If you feel like doing so then go ahead. But there are those who like to pick and choose theirs accordingly allowing for flexibility. In essence, you can learn jutsus of a any kind as long as you meet the requirements (such as Elements, or Inheritance.) of that jutsu. It has nothing to do with slots. Its all about what you think is best for your character.

you are not limited by that description end of story. Slots can be bought yes but want to learn is only a guideline that you don't really need to follow or do at all.

I am rude and arrogant because this "new" rule makes no sense, and it deserves being rude...and arrogant.
This entire system you just described to me is retarded, it defeats the entire purpose of having jutsu in your wanting to learn, and lava created the "Buy more slots" soley because of that.
But whatever, I'll go with what you guys say, I'm just glad we both got our points across.

Please note the following:
- We have had this rule for over 4 months, you might wanna get with the system.
- You cannot add random jutsu, you must copy/paste real approved jutsu.
- You can only learn the jutsu you want to on that list IF you have enough available slots.
- The "Jutsu Want To Learn" is just to have you have an outline of what you might want to get later.
