ConcernsI've come across a few threads in the "Template Changes" area where the person didn't follow the rules and use the Template. I was leniant on one, but I would like to see ALL of NRC's members, Staff and non, follow the rules and use the Template because I will not accept anymore changes unless the rules are followed, and if I see a Mod./Admin. accept a change when the rules weren't followed, I will go back and deny it, like I did the other one, until the Template's followed. If they're getting a Rank-Up, they should provide proof on how they got it either by training or bought with FC or money, and it must contain proof that Lava's accepted it. I'm sorry if I'm sounding like an ass, but I'm getting tired of seeing this, and I don't want to see it on a constant basis.
