If your asking what a Chuunin is, go watch naruto. Starting at ep 30 or something.

You get all the basic jutsu including the ones that you haven't trained for yet, and they don't count for your slots.
The likeliness of us holding an event for Chuunin any time soon is extremely low anyway.

Indeed. I believe we discussed this before; Tai is neither a Kage nor able to give you forum standard Chuunin rank, which means you do not get the bonuses of being Chuunin.
