i believe that would no you cant learn techniques during the exams but i will let AJ answer though. Please correct me if i am wrong AJ.

Unlike in the actuall series, I already see the answer as no. Learning a jutsu out of no where is not like this. If you learn one in the round that would be kinda cheat... It would bring questions up wondering why and how. Though it will be good for you it will be used against your opponent it would be unfair to your opponent, which would be me, Fegte, or Ste

It is not like I am the only person to have wanted to think of such a thing Xenpai, so when explaining yourself please try not to think of me directly. Also, your conclusion wouldn't be right for Ste because my character(Tori) is maxed out in jutsu until he is chuunin.(include my basics)

In addition, I just wanted a short and sweet answer that is sure, so please do not post any more opinions for post count. Ask something beneficial that you might try in the exams, cause I would hate to win any of my matches by disqualification on my opponents behalf, because all of my oponents will need every trick in the book.
