Chidori?I'm needing to know this; Is Chidori consider lightning element? I've heard it counted as such, even though is just pure chakra from what I understand. The description in the library says nothing about it being lightning, could you guys help me out please?

if you read the ninja gaiden it specificly requires lighting chakra, The fourth hokage said it was an incomplete jutsu because it lacked form. It is completly a lighitng jutsu if there ever was one.
also you need the scroll to learn it, and I'm not giving it to you.

Yet if you read SR threads I dont think Kishi knows it. Shentaro definently doesn't have the scrolls. Out of the three choice the kage is the most reasonable to have the scoll.

At present point, Renima has the scroll. He also has the Kage Bushin and the Rasengan scrolls. And there's barely anyone who has Chidori to teach it. As learning it requires the lightening element.

Chidori is the "offspring" of the Raikiri, Lightning Blade, hence why it's the Raiton Element. Even the Fourth Hokage asked Kakashi, when he first started using the Chidori, if the Jutsu was another form of his other Jutsu, talking about the Raikiri.

Plus, who knows maybe we should convince him to making it into people with lightning can only use it?
