Changes for RPC TemplateIn my opinion, I believe that new RPC's should have 4-5 Strengths and Weaknesses for their balance. I've seen quite a few new ones with only 3 of each, and I don't think that it should be right because they're fresh out of the Academy. With 4-5, it seems more realistic to me. Also, quoting Syra who said that everyone's subsepable (can't spell) to Genjutsu, which is true, but some people are affected by it than others, hence why I say that it should be counted in as either a Strength/Weakness.

I personally suggest that they should have a little more than 5. I am suggesting this because they are fresh out of the academy and look at my character and how many weaknesses he has before strengths, I feel that it should change at least to 5 or even a little bit more. On syra's quote everyone is susceptible to Genjutsu but MORE are than others such as characters who's first and second are Ninjutsu/Taijutsu, or those who have had a dramatical effect to their lives due to Genjutsu.

I say 5. It does sound realistic. Maybe even 6 for that matter. I vote yes.

It's not realistic whatsoever. People can be balanced. In fact, most people tend to be average at everything. More than likely they would be understrengthed and undefined right from being Genin. As long as it is balanced and realistic, I see no problem with having a few strengths and weaknesses.
And to my other comment there is no below average with resisting genjutsu. There is average and above average. If you can't defend against it well you have average. If you can, you have above average. There is no middle or lines drawn, it just is impossible. Feel free to argue but come up with something before you post.
