cant figure out...whats the fame and rep system??
and...when i get my character approved am i put in a team or how does that work?? and im confused on how u get training points
...i think my brain is fried from reading everything like 3X over

Relax. IT's classic info overload.
1) Fame/Rep is gained by doing missions. Doing missions will have a certain alignment which will garner you points. The more missions you do, the more famous or infamous and more people will know you. Training Points is also gained through missions. Each missions has a different amount.
2) You essentially start off on your own and make friends though RP and make teams at your own discretion.

so when i create my own character....
ill accept a mission
and other people will accept it at the same time?
and theyll post in the same thread i am?

Depends. Some people don't accept missions or like doing it together.
So you might be solo for a while. Just use the Character Plots section to start of trying to make friends.

Yeah, as well as training points - when your learning a new jutsu you can use the to knock off a few posts.
