Bokkon clan/Wood Based JutsuIt seems that any wood based jutsu/most of the bokkon clan bloodline are not even a bloodline. From what it looks to me is there are no requirements saying that you must have the bokkon bloodline/ anything that is stopping them from learning wood based jutsu. I want to make it exclusively for bokkon clan/ any other wood clan......thoughts?

I thought wood jutsu were off limits to people since they require water and earth elements?
