Shouldn't you think about getting stronger yourself before starting such a group?

To fill that category the group will be dismantled in no time. To not care for other people wants or needs will make them not care about your wants and needs and kill you. Not a role that you should take on as an E-Rank.

I agree with Satsu here. If you want a group like this you better be sure you are at least of equal or higher rank then everyone in the group, otherwise when your character gets rude and cocky like he he is. The other ill tempered and stronger character kills him. End of group.
