Chouso reached the office of the Otokage, she was currently busy, so he simply walked up to her desk and place the Hokage's message on her desk. He sighs, leaving her office and walking into the forest. As he left the main village, he watchs a couple of genin training. He clears a his throat and approches them. "At hem, hello kids," he say creepily, "You should take your training more seriously. I tell you what, become chuunin and look for me. If I see you've become strong, I'll train you personally."

The kids looked abit scared, he chuckles a bit. He does this trying to break the ice, but it just scares the kids more. I hate kids sometimes..., he thinks to himself. "Anyways, I'm Chouso Kaichio, one of the new sannin under the new Otokage. I'll protect you and the village to the best of my ability, but stay out my way." He grins and walks into the forest. "Now for a bit of training." He takes his hand from his pocket and takes of running in the trees. "Faster, faster!" he told himself, sliding to a stop on an branch. My foot speed isn't enough to compare with speed based shinobi. But I can at least learn shunshin. He jumps down the ground, taking a casual stance again. He channels chakra to his leg muscles and springs off in a direction. His speed increase considerably, but it's not as it should be. "I said, faster!" he trys once more, this time a bit faster. "Don't be an failure." He uses the chakra to boost his leg, then ankles, and finaly his feet. He completes shunshin, but he's still not satisified. "Now I need control, I can't appear behind opponents if i can only go straight forward." He does it as least half a dozen time, trying to correct his course. Then he get the idea to start the movement, and then end it in middle shunshin. He turns his foot as if he was going left and then shunshin foward. He completes turn in mid course and appears behind a tree. "Excellent, now to learn something else."

Flashback:

Chouso barely dodged the wave that threaten to knock him under the water. "You've gotten lazy in your training Kaicho!" his opponent, another Churitsu house Nekojin, appears next to him and slashs. Chouso brings his own sword in close to his body, blocking the hit. He then pushes his enemy's blade and simultaneously trips him. The opponent falls into the water, but resurfaces a few feet away after a few minutes. "Maybe not, but you still lack the connect to water that should be so natural to our kind. Suiton, Mizu Atsuryoku Jin!" A highly pressurized stream is projected from his finger, drawn from the very water they are staying in. Chouso grins, "As if," he brings his blade in front of him and blocks the hit. "That's not even as strong as my blade." He runs at his enemy with determination in his eyes. The enemy jumps back and trys to nail him in the leg with the same jutsu. He hops over it and spins around while kneeled down. He bring the broadside of the blade to the opponent's chest using the momentum of his spin and him rising up. This knock the wind out of the other fellow, and knock hims off his feet back into the water.

End Flashback

Chouso takes in a breath and walks out unto the river, " Yureru Nami, my racial style. I should have learned this a year ago. It will prove quit useful." He draws his weapon, a bit fast, but that's apart of his instinct and training. He grips his weapon two handed and takes a few sharp swings. He moves across the water, looking a bit like a figure skater. His pace hastens, and he lets go of the wakizashi with his right hand. He starts a semi dance and reestablishs chakra in his feet so his footsteps will cause splashing. As he moves, the water splashs even higher and thanks to his natural control it goes almost his height. He moves the water where it's spiraling around him with each splash. Satisfied that he had the rhythm of the style down, he starts working on his control and doing it while he's also fighting. He trains for hours on end, even battling the few shinobi that past him. It seemed he could do this well. Controlling water will weaken his focus on using his sword. But he'll just deal with that, and surpass it eventually,

A bit tired he sheaths his sword turning toward the town. "Maybe I overdid it, I didn't have to go through that many shinobi. Well let me learn to perform another thing and I'm done for a while." He forms handseals and causes water to slowly rise. It thins out and spreads into mist, which goes up a few feet before falling back down. "Hmm," he mutters, trying once again. "It needs to be light enough to suspend in that air." He trys again a few times, him getting the mist high each time. He grins, and perform the handseals once again. He pulls the water up and spreads into into mist as before. But this time after he gets it up five feet, he sends out a small shockwave of chakra. He then brings the mist the rest of the way up using the chakra as staging point. The mist stays suspended in the air. "Good thing theres no strong winds."

Chouso yawns, stretching in his bed. The morning light filter down from his curtians, giving the room odd glow. "Meh," he rubs the sleep from his eyes and gets up. Heading to the bathroom, his disrobes part way. He always leaves his clothes lying aroung, but then picks them up later. He just doesn't have the time to deal with it at the moment. After washing himself he grabs his clothing and quickly puts them on. After grabbing some fruit from his kitchen, he heads out the door and to the river.

Those same kids are there, and his grin makes them uncomfortable, just like last time. He shrugs and keeps walking, I have no reason to associate with those kids anyways. He starts into the forest and shunshins to the lake he practices on, the more hidden part. He grabs a rather heavy rock with his tail, he picks it up a little to test his strength. "I'll still have to use chakra at first to help with this." He puts a small amount of chakra into his tail, enough to allow him to lift up the rock. He excerises with it for 20 minutes, dropping the chakra bit by bit. "Time to work on flexibility." he says, dropping the rock. He draws his wakizashi with his tail. He goes through his stances, using his tail rather than his hands. He realizes he can't use his iaijutsu drawn like this, but i'd still give him and extra limb to combat with. He cuts his back slightly a few times, seeing he can't see where his tail is exactly. He'd just have to work on that move later, it was time for him to learn another water style jutsu...

"Bunshin!" he makes handseals and creates 4 normal clones. "Easy enough, time to up the ante." the clones puff into clouds of smoke. He makes the Tori handseal and cause a small pillar to raise up. He looks at it, and it starts forming into a likeness of him as if a sculptor was carving it. After creating it, he forces in more chakra to make it having the appropriate coloration. Having formed an already stable clone, he then commands it what to do. The clones move around in a combat stance. "Meh, " He jumps at it and attacks. The slash goes clear through it, it turning back into formless water. "It lacks instinct," He focuses intensely and forms another clone, imposing his will into it. He projections his emotions into it, quite successfully. He runs at it and draws his sword. The clone uses it's iaijutsu skill to knock the blade from his hand and press the sword to his neck. "Looks like a success," He dismisses the clone in a spray of water.
