Personality: Shinji is somewhat comical, adding a bit of levity to situations that are otherwise serious. He has a flippant attitude under normal circumstances and seems to like annoying his associates, which usually earns him scolding from females. Although, he frequently makes faces or glib insults at them, He also appears to have a history of referring to cute girls he meets as his 'first love', complete with a deadpan look on his face despite the obvious lie.
Underneath this though he is quite perceptive regarding people and can apparently sense or see through some of through others lies and corruption. However, he is not one to just call someone out with out catching them in all angles, he is very serious in combat or when angry. He tries to keep a low profile, but still finds him self being pulled in to trouble. Â

Description: Kawarimi is a widely used and very famous skill among shinobi. The user uses speed to their advantage, and grabs an item from the environment and places it on his/her current position while moving out of the way. This is clearly an evasion technique used to dodge attacks; however it can be linked with other jutsus or attacks to create massive damage if done properly.

Description: Henge is the basic skill a ninja must know to become a Gennin. It's mostly used as a decoy, to confuse the opponent by transforming into somebody that's an ally with the enemy, and then attack from the back when he's not expecting it. This technique can easily be combined with other jutsus for a more powerful effect, such as with Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Technique].
Bunshin no Jutsu [Clone Technique]

Description: This technique must be mastered by any ninja who has graduated from the shinobi academy. It's the most basic technique a Gennin must know, since it can be a real lifesaver. This ninjutsu creates a simple illusion clone identical to the caster. The clone however has no physical properties and will disperse the moment it is touched.
Background:
Shinji grew up in a traveling circuits, he mother combined fire Jutsu with acrobatics to wow and aw the crowd, Shinji watched as the men looked at her making loud noises to grab her attention when she finished a performance. Shinji’s father was a shinobi from the hidden Mist, but rarely came around due to the fact he was always on missions, thus it seemed that if his mother was a widow, she often flirted with men to keep her show excited, this intern made the ringleader jealous. One night out of pain and anguish the ringleader, hired a group of bandits to teach her a lesson by killing young Shinji, but when they got to her camp she and Shinji where not there, but they soon picked up there trail but not be for she sent Shinji in to the mist village to hind. Shinji ran as fast as he could but turned around as his mother screamed help while being dragged away, Shinji tried to catch up with them but soon passed out shortly after, over the next few years he put he self through the ninja academy, tell he made Genin. Always blending in with the crowd ever since he was an academy student, Shinji never was the kind of person who made friends easily. Growing up alone, he often looked up to the Mizukage, and spent a lot of his time training. Today he spends his day walking in the shadows so his priers or teachers do not single him out. He hope to one day be come a Sanin and master the art of summoning like the late Jiraiya. Hey man nice. Just a few things to help you out. You can only start out with the three basic jutsu. Your mist techniques you will have to learn in RP. You will probably have to add a little more to your background to flesh it out so we can truly get what kind of enviorment this kid is coming from. Also it gives readers a chance to see your writing style. For example how much detail you put in.

Uh-huh. Three things: add "E rank" after "Genin" in level/rank field; remove Kirigakure and Kiri Shunshin from known jutsu list; add some background so it's at least 5 lines long. After that, you should be set for approval _________________
