Clan Description: The Henshin Clan started as a group of fourteen people a few centuries ago, and was for a while unknown to anyone. It was formed eighteen years after the bloodline ability first emerged, but a little known fact is that the genome defining the bloodline was present in the family for over fifty years before its first appearance. The reason behind this was that the people of this family lived in a peaceful country, and not only were they common people who weren't obsessed with possessing a special power, but also a chance for this ability to be used accidentally was ruled out by their uneventful lives. This changed when a rebellious young man named Kaede left home to go see the world and encountered a life-threatening situation. The bloodline was strong in him like in no other, so even without any training or knowing what he was doing, he was able to use the ability which saved his life.
An energetic person like himself couldn't leave an occurrence he thought impossible to figure itself out. When he returned to his home town, he started training his mind and body, trying to master the incredible ability he seemed to possess. It took him several years to learn to control it, which led him to believe he mastered the bloodline, when in fact he could only use the few least powerful abilities it had to offer. In a fit of conceit, he presented himself to one of the ninja clans, however his physical training appeared to be awfully lacking, as there were children who could defeat him, a full-grown man, and his unique special ability was written off as a common transformation technique.
Kaede returned to his town in defeat, but he did not give up. His ambition was so great, he decided to show the ninja his power, even if it would be through his descendants. He gathered all members of his family and pronounced them a clan. Everybody decided he had gone insane at first, but then he revealed to them the ability he possessed. Of course, he didn't know he wasn't the first one to have it, he just assumed that if he could do it, then others of his family could as well. Not knowing anything about ninja, the members of the family saw the ability to transform as a very special power; needless to say, the younger generations were especially enthusiastic about it. He also forced the younger people to go through intense physical training, partially because he didn't know if their bloodline ability was accessible at all without it.
It was this man's life's work that set the clan on the course to greatness. While even his grandchildren were unable to discover more of their innate abilities, he was an admired person in the clan and nobody dared to stray from some fundamental rules he set. Eventually, to increase the effectiveness and results of their training, many aspects of a shinobi's training were gradually implemented. It is notable that it was Kaede's granddaughter who began this line of improvements after his death and turned Henshin into a fully-fledged, if somewhat lacking in numbers, ninja clan. The founder's legacy continued to push the clan forward, as it was his great-great-grandson, who was also named Kaede, and much alike his namesake, talented and inventive, who discovered new and more powerful abilities which belonged to the bloodline.
Now, the clan is well-renowned and unknown at the same time. It does not belong to any shinobi village, but takes freelance jobs from anybody, including the villages, as long as they don't hurt the clan, so people that may need and can afford their services know of it. However, all of the clan's abilities are kept in secret, the only thing known about it is that they make great spies and have a few powerful combat abilities.
Clan Traits/Characteristics: All members of the Henshin clan have bronze skin in their natural form. They are all quite stunning in their beauty, which does not waver with age much. This trait was developed through several generations of the clan, even though any outsider who knew of the clan's abilities might find himself inclined to disbelieve, considering that they could use their skills in transformation to fake it. The clan members usually have dark hair and dark eyes are more often seen than light.
Clan Personality: Personality varies per member, but given the clan's special abilities, its members tend to be quite artful.
Bloodline Description: The Henryuuki bloodline originated from a small village in a small country a few centuries ago. Like many bloodlines, it just suddenly emerged in one person, and then spread to their descendants. However, unlike most, this bloodline was discovered by accident over fifty years after it appeared in a human's genome, in a young man who was exceptionally gifted and who later formed the clan. The Henryuuki is a powerful transformation ability which can be trained to harness great power.
Bloodline limits: The only bloodline limit of Henryuuki is transformation. However, while it might sound very weak and useless, it really isn't, and it is also very different from a common shinobi's transformation jutsu.
First and foremost, the transformation ability is practically unlimited; one who possesses the bloodline can potentially transform into any object or creature of his choice. The transformation is also undetectable by normal means, including most special bloodline abilities. More advanced levels of the bloodline include transforming into hybrid beings.
In addition to being able to transform into any common creature and object, each member of the clan has one form that is more unique. This form can be an animal (including fictional), a hybrid or even an altered human, and is generally stronger than the other forms.
Another advantage of this bloodline is that each form has their own set of jutsus, independent of each other.

Description: This jutsu works almost like ordinary the transformation technique when used to transform into another person. The differences are, just like all techniques of the Henshin clan, it can't be detected by any normal means and most bloodline limits. It also grants you a limited ability to fake other people's abilities and bloodline limits, for example you can pretend to have activated Sharingan or similar ability that changes your appearance.

Description: As can be learned from its name, this jutsu transforms the user into their object or plant of choice. It can be just about anything, but it can't be a complicated device. Naturally, while in the form of an object, a ninja can't do anything (with few exceptions like the watch), but can hear and see what is happening around him.

While in this form, the ninja gains access to his hybrid jutsu arsenal, and depending on the chosen form, some of them may copy the human jutsu arsenal, but the actual human jutsu arsenal still becomes unavailable.

Other differences include this form being stronger than the ones accessible through other techniques and this form being unique. In other words, this jutsu does not allow you to transform into any fictional animal, but only a chosen one. Each form takes a jutsu slot and has its own set of jutsu.

Description: This is the most powerful technique of the Henshin clan. It can only be used in conjunction with Ikimono, Ainoko or Betsu Shurui techniques. When used with either of the first two, the user will transform into the chosen form, but of a gigantic size, and will equal a boss-level summon in power. When used with Betsu Shurui, this technique's effects may differ, from transforming the user into a gigantic size of his form, or having little visible effect at all, however, it gives them power that surpasses most boss-level summons. Depending on which jutsu this one was used in conjunction with, the ninja will gain different jutsu sets while losing his human one.

Members of the clan can freely swap between transformations, except for Betsu Shurui (unique form) and Junsei Katachi (gigantic form). This means they:
Can freely and directly transform between any common form
Can not directly transform between normal and gigantic forms
Can not directly transform between common and unique forms
Can not directly transform between different unique forms
When you transform into a non-human form (use any clan jutsu except for Mayakashi), you lose the ability to use your normal jutsu arsenal but instead gain the jutsus which come with that form. These jutsus don't count towards your total, but their amount is limited depending on your rank, as given in jutsu descriptions. There are a few things to take note of however.
The jutsu amount listed under animal and hybrid forms is for ALL animal and hybrid forms, not each one. However, some jutsus can't be used by some animals for obvious reasons, for example a horse can't use a jutsu that makes the hide like metal spikes, because it doesn't have any hide or fur. The situation is practically the same with hybrid forms, even though some of them may be able to use human jutsus. Simply put, if you occupy all your hybrid jutsu slots with human jutsus, any hybrid form that is unable to use them will have no jutsus. Because of this, it is better to occupy these slots with universal jutsus, or pick your several favorite forms.
The situation is different with unique forms: each of them has its own set of jutsus, so you don't have to worry about learning ones that other forms can't use. Once again, depending on the form, you can use human jutsus for it.
In case it wasn't completely clear, when using gigantic form, the jutsus you gain are the same as with your normal sized one for that transformation type.
Each unique form takes a jutsu slot. You must train for each form separately as for a B-rank jutsu, except for the first form which you gain together with learning Betsu Shurui. This means when you learn Betsu Shurui, it occupies two slots at first, and more slots if you train for more different forms.
You must give a description for every of your unique forms.
You must train for all the jutsus in your non-human forms, except for those that repeat the human jutsus you already know. Meaning if you know Water Prison technique, you can add it to your hybrid jutsu list without learning.
You can only use the human jutsus which you normally know in your hybrid/unique forms. This means, you can't have Katon: Ryuuka no jutsu in your hybrid/unique form unless you have it in your human form.
Jutsu Listing Rules: For everyone's convenience, there are certain rules how a clan member must list his non-human jutsus. All of these jutsus go under "Bloodline Jutsus" section, however, members of the clan should put their form-related jutsus into a spoiler under the corresponding transformation jutsu. In response to Zieg: no, you are thinking about clones. Remember the fight between Naruto and Kiba in chuunin exam prelims? When Kiba punched Naruto, who was transformed into Kiba at that moment, he didn't transform back, but did transform directly into Akamaru without even forming any seals.
In response to Syra: yes, they can, through ordinary humans. We're talking Naruto kind of ninja here. Surely any ninja can beat a pet-nin of equal rank.

EDIT #2: forgot to mention. I know the last ability will cause a lot of... unrest, and I was thinking of banning boss summons from the clan or at least somehow prevent their use together with that jutsu. However, I was unable to come up with a reason that makes sense, and I don't want to add something that will damage the clan's integrity. Banning summoning technique altogether is kinda unfair though. So, any ideas? The whole thing looks pretty sick, I'm just a little sketched out on each form having their own set of jutsus. One could easily learn all the jutsus through this, it's like having different rpcs, except it's only one rpc. Get my drift?

It's simple enough. One could fill their rpc with as many of these clan techs that transform you into beings with different sets of jutsu. I count six.
Thus meaning if one is SS rank, they have the original rpc with those transformation jutsus. Six jutsus which have a max of 15 different tiers of jutsu each, equals 90+ jutsu able to be learnt, without having to earn/purchase a second rpc, or jutsu slots.

You are missing a very important part where 3 of those 6 don't have their own set of jutsus, 1 is pet-only jutsus, and the other 2 will most likely be full of customs. But to rule out any possibilities, added that you can only know those human jutsus in hybrid and unique forms which you know normally.
