Name: Harvester
Description: This is a weapon that has been passed down in the Arumashi family. This weapon is two blades that are each bound in chains. The chains then are wrapped around the users wrist. The user can fight with the blades either in their hands or use the chains to swing the blades at their opponent. Kaeor can control the blades and chain using his chakra.

You need an actual reason why only the people of the clan can use the weapon. It can still be a weapon passed down the generations, but that wouldn't stop someone from stealing it and using it (although I doubt anybody would).
