Description: A mouth inclined to elegance can rule the world when used correctly. There is no need for instruments to woo or foreplay to kill. All a practitioner of this audio attunement needs is a sense of rhythm and they can outplay any manmade instrument without the need to use hands, arms, or silly inanimate objects. Your mouth becomes the epitome of music and all for which it stands for. It is rumored that even the Shinigami will give you a second chance of life in exchange for a tune. But...it is just a rumor. Or is it?
To the Point: Instead of needing an instrument to cast genjutsu that require sound or music, the user's mouth is attuned to play the melody instead.

To the Point:Instead of needing an instrument to cast genjutsu that require sound or music, the user undergo surgery in their mouth to change the the strength of certain muscles to be able to play any tune when the lips are motioned correctly. The surgeon implant small mirco peices of metal into the upper and bottom lips. The surgery leaves a small scar under the bottom of the lip. It usually looks like an "X" and smaller than the nail on an average person's baby toe.
