Requirement: Émigré Noble Blood, Lose of your Émigré companions, Ezekial or Azrael Yuwea; 3 points if you have to fight an RPC or Admin used character to get it, or 5 if not
Description: The Spectral Gems are from the same place Émigré are from, and two people where born with the ability to use all of them simultaneously. Rather than gain the normal abilities of the spectral, it gives them the ability to use more elements than normal. They must have the Spectral for the element in question, and are limited when learning elemental jutsu. Once learned they learn two jutsu for that element that they can use, as well as two all element techniques. This jutsu have to take two slots each, and are always kinjutsu. The jutsu can still function if you don't have the Spetral for the element, those just won't be included in the attack. None of the elements are counted as primary and they cannot learn kinjutsu involving them. Owning the stones will let them cover weapons in small amounts (and breath underwater in water's case). They must have the gem of the element in question to use the element.

Their transformed states must share one element in common, and this element will recieve the boost in power / reduction in chakra cost. This only applies when they are transformed, and only to jutsu know by that form of the same element. Finally when that gain the Spectral that's their forms' primary element they gain additional two posts of transformation time.

... I'm gonna assume shdw is one of the "two people born being able to use them all" for any other member should be appalled by this. Anywho I brought up something like this before, and the admins said that elements and the amount of elements you can have are not fluid, you cannot make an SA to get around the limitations on what elements your character can use, and you most certainly cannot make yourself immune to any element passively, which is what those gems do.

There are clans that bend rules and this is clan specific. Also, the abilities gained from the gems by a user of this SA is only what is listed in the SA it's self. The actual Spectral abilities do not apply. Also, this may have to be adjusted pending on what's allowed on the spectral.

So, right now, only One Chara can learn this, and if that chara dies, I'm guessing you'll make the chara that can use it, that hasn't been made yet.
This allows you access to all elements, minus the fusion elements of Ice, Sand, Wood, and the like.

Am I correct so far?

Well it allows wood, which is a fusion element. Still, I think if its 1 element per person thats different, 2 people with every element is extremely OP

How is multiple people make it OP? Not unless those two people are same rper and or they work together? Not even then, cause there's one set of spectral and if you lose a stone you temporary lose the ability to use it's custom jutsu until it's recovered.

Its Op to have any one person have access to all the elements. And if there is such an ability, its worth being a bloodline, or an SA with equal to greater disadvantages of a bloodline. All I see on this app is a gain with no actual cost to the user. True, you cannot learn kinjutsu of the gained element, but thats merely a gain with limitation, still no cost. Plus, any jutsu that utilizes all elements is rediculously powerful.
