The stage had been put together rather quickly. Naturally something like this would draw a attention from some of the vilagers. A podium it placed in the center by two workers. signifying the stages completion. A man from the village's council walks up to it a few minutes later and tests the microphone. After doing so he takes out a piece of paper, "Citizens of Otokagure, lend me your ears. It has come to our attention that Otokage Uchiha Sairyou has been killed while helping defend the Mist Village from some sort of demon. In his a young lady that was an associate of his has stepped up to take his place. After having her prove her skills through various testing we have allowed her to take the position as our new Otokage. I now introduce to you Orochi Xela."
He steps back as Xela (as an adult, no one except her associates know she's stuck in child form most of the time) walks up. Though she's wearing her normal gothic style, the robe of her new position was around her shoulder and the hat was on her head. "Ladies and gentleman, I'm sad about my late companion Uchiha Sairyou. He was a man of great dreams, some of those I never had the chance to hear about. However my goals are simple, to boost the economy of Otokagure and to make it stronger as a village. I'm not from this village or any village for that manner, but I'll protect this one with my very life. It was always a person dream of mine to have such a great responsibility. The reason behind my own birth was to raise into greatness and bring whatever village I help into the same greatness. I'm fair however, so I'll say whoever doesn't agree with me to meet me and talk it over. If you don't think I deserved this honored position, I invite you to personally to remove me from my position." She bows and leaves the podium.
