"It's time" Jikota said. He was standing in the middle of the desert, surrounded by several plateau's and mountains. There wasn't a single inch of life in the area for several thousand miles. Making it the perfect hideout for himself. Aswell, as the perfect training grounds to train his new jutsu, and master it to the fullest extent.
Jikota stared at a mountain, glaring at the mountain, he then threw off his beige cloak, and his black karate gi, revealing his extremely atheletic body. Jikota took a stance and then closed his eyes, focusing all of the energies in his body. The wind blew over Jikota's body, and then his eye's snapped open.
"HA!!!"
Focusing all of his might, Jikota stepped over and kicked the mountain, hoping to do test and see the extreme limits of his power. Jikota's heel struct the mountain, and caused cracks all over the mountain. A Few rocks fell but, nothing too extreme.
"Is this...the same type of mountain?"
Jikota put his palm against the rock, and the held his face to it, listening in on the inside. "It has to be," he said to himself. "This is the same type of mountain that Shodai Kazekage used to train his ninjutsu....Hahaha! Today! Today is the day I finally release a Ninjutsu so powerful, that it's took 3 generations to master!"
Performing a hand seal, Jikota began to mold his chakra with his eyes closed. Suddenly, after a short moment, his eye's snap wide open, and a huge amount of chakra begin's to surround the body of Jikota. The chakra was unfocused and wild but, after a while it began to become more contolled.
"Step one....Master my nature element. It might be my second element but, Raiton will have to do. After all, Suiton wouldn't work. I have to use the same elements as Shodai Kazekage, my great grandfather. Over the years, they have passed this technique down from generation to generation in hopes of the next generation to perfect the technique. Which was why, they had Orochimaru's medical shinobi engineer me to become just like him...Shodai Kazekage."
With his chakra still at a control surging motion, Jikota began to focus his chakra even more. [b]"HA!!!" Slowly, Jikota's chakra becomes more and more focused and controlled until his chakra begins to turn into the nature element, Raiton.
"Raiton no Jutsu!"

IC:A Large bird seeking below noticed a shinobi and swooped down and crowed in his face as he was training, there was a message symbolized for the ex-sannin of suna, the bird knew who it was and flapped its wings landing on his shoulder and waited as the man would open it up.
The message said."Would you like to help your village take down a village who attempted to kill our villagers, I'd greatly appreciate if you helped us in this war, i know you do not approve of the new kazekage......but he wishes to take down kiri, Please, if you do wish, i am inside of the whole area of sand which may be hard to find - Kogi/Dear anbu captain." _________________

Jikota saw the bird high up in the sky. He looked up and saw the bird drop down to him. The bird landed on Jikota's arm, "Hey I know you." he said. Seeing the note on the birds legs, and it was addressed to Jikota. Jikota picked up the letter and then unraveled the note and read it.
"I see, they want my assistance....Sunagakure versus Kirigakure, huh?Well, I won't help them, sorry, it wouldn't be my style to return to Sunagakure...even if, there are still my loved ones back there....uh, damn. Alright, I'll help the stupid village but only on one account, if they allow me to finish my training first."
Jikota scribbled down a small note in a hurry. He attached the letter onto the large birds leg. Immediately, the bird went flying back to the Sand village with Jikota's message. On the paper it said, "I see why I was able to sneak back into the Wind Country so easily, I knew there had to have been something fishy. Sure, I'll help but, don't expect me to rejoin the village, I'll only help the village because it's my homeland. Jikota powered down his chakra. Creating Ration was the easy part, however masterign the skill and then incoperating the jutsu into the technique was the hard part. Looks like it was exactly what I thought. he said to himself. When I was younger, I did accidently release Raiton when I was training Kinobori.
He stared into the sky, and felt the dusty wind blow across his skin. This area is a special area. The terrain and geographical degree of this area makes it perfect for perfecting Raiton mastery. These boulders and mountains are filled with magnet's and special rocks with iron cores that attract electricity and electrical currents. If I can some how harness my chakra into these rocks and boulders, I could finish my mastery of the element in less than a week.
Looking down, he recognizes a small rock underneathe his foot in which he picks up to take a small look at. This rock would do just good. The Rock was just a tad bit bigger then Jikota's fist, which made it a huge rock. It weighed probably 5 pounds. Jikota put both of his hands ontop of the rock and began to mold as much chakra as he could into the fragment.
If I am able to crush this rock with just pure Raiton chakra, then I MAY be bale to master the jutsu.
A small aura of chakra surged around Jikota's body as he began to mold his chakra into the rock. The training was going steady, because of his emense ability of chakra control aswell as already mastering a first nature, this type of training for a shinobi of jikota's calibur should go easy no?
It was about an hour, an entire hour passed by when Jikota had took a small break. He stopped focusing his chakra and took a look at the rock. On the rock, there was a sprial looking crack and several other cracks alongside the sprial. Not to mention, the rock was wet on several parts of it. His training wasn't working. Some how, all of his effort was not worth it.
Jikota threw that rock into another pile of rocks that he had been using for his training. "What is wrong?" He sat down and began to meditate, instantly, after unclouding his mind, the idea came to him. "Ofcourse, I don't use Raiton alot, so I wouldn't know about it properties or how to use it!"
Normally, when one uses Suiton, they create water jet's or even wals and shields to protect themselves from other attacks. Even so, most of Suiton based attacks attack with speed. Raiton was extremely different, it relied that someone to adapt theirself into the environment, or as some would say, "Go with the flow". This entire time Jikota was trying to merely crush the boulders, when he should've been trying to go with the flow and adapt to the boulder.
"Flexibilty, that's all it is. Relefexes, just think Hadouken then...."
Jikota grabbed a small fragmented rock that was about the size of a bowling ball and immediately he began to focus his chakra itno the rock. The rock had deposits of iron stored within it, and this time instead of Jikota just forcing his chakra into the rock, he was easing it out and allwing it to easily flow into the rock. Eventually, the iron deposits began to store Jikota's Raiton chakra inside of it until, the boulder ball began to float in mid air.
"Magnetism? The rock floated in the air but, eventually, Jikota's eletrical surge stopped and the rock fell to the ground. He couldn't beleive it, his control over Raiton nature grew at an extreme rate. Far faster then what he would've expected. Though, his training was not done, he would have put his trainign to the test. Jikota looked to his left, and saw a huge boulder, that was about 10-20 feet tall.
"This'll do." he said. "If I can use Raiton nature manipulation to make this huge boulder levitate with magnetism, then my training is complete."
He first sat down and had lunch to restore his strength. He was tired, and wasted quite a bit of chakra. If he were to move an even bigger boulder, it would require all of his chakra.
"Okay, it's time." Jikota took another sip of water and then closed his cantine. He got back onto his feet and walked over to the boulder. He was a bit nervous at first, but he was able to quickly shake it off. Jikota put his hands onto the boulder and quickly began to focus his chakra flow into the rock.
Immediately, the iron deposits in the rock began to zap Jikota's Raiton and with it, the ores became super charged with Raiton. Though, the deposits of iron ore and magnets were huge and kept zapping Jikota's chakra, wanting and needing more and more. Crap, I don't have enough chakra. I wasted too much before... he said to himself. I'll just have to give it my all!
Jikota kept feeding the iron deposits more and more of his chakra. The boulder began to slowly lift off the ground. The earth in the ground shook as the boulder was lifted. Jikota's body began to slowly spark more and more but, the boulder began to rise more and more out of the ground.
Almost there. he said. My chakra is almost gone but,....the boulder is almost lifted. Jikota felt his chakra slipping away from him but then, the boulder began to float into the air. "I....I did it?"
Jikota lifted the boulder into the air by simply using chakra control. He gave the boulder his usual good guy pose, but just as he did, he passed out, and awoken several hours later. Struggling, Jikota lifts his body up, and see's that it is night time. But also, that his chakra still has enough charge into the boulder that the boulder is still levitating with magnetism. Jikota made the boulder fall by retracting his chakra. IC: Jikota wook up the next morning, and fixed himself soem breakfast immediately. He was in a rush to complete his new Ninjutsu. From dawn, until the sun reached directly in the middle of the sky, indicating 12 o'clock, Jikota warmed himself up with several Taijutsu excercises. Once he had warmed himself up enough, Jikota walked over to a mountain. Though, instead of him trying to levitate the mountain, he was going to destroy the entire thing. Or atleast attempt to.
Jikota performed the hand seals: Ram, Rat, Horse, Dragon, and then Monkey. "Hitsuji, Ne, Uma, Tatsu, Saru" He did it slowly so that he wouldn't mess up the first time. Jikota then put his hand into the air, and an aura of chakra began to flow over his body. He was slowly gathering power from the sun's rays and coverting them into Raiton nature chakra.
Jikota could feel his body bulked up quickly from the intensity of the sun's rays. He had exactly one hour to finish his training because at this time of day, the sun's rays were at their highest, or atleast that was what he had read from a book. If I gather too much energy from the sun, then my entire body will bulk up to the max and then explode. I better use this chakra quickly.
Jikota put his hand out infront of him. He had stopped gathering power form the sun and was about to perform his Ninjutsu for the first time. he had already learned to manifest his chakra and form a shape from it, and he had just learned the other day how to turn his chakra into pure nature, and know he was going to add the two techniques together to form a single attack.
Jikota cupped his hands and took a blasting stance towards the huge mountain. He then focused chakra into his hand, and gave it a simple form, the form of a sphere. In his hands, Jikota held a small ball of chakra, however, the jutsu was not over yet. He then changed the nautre of his chakra by adding Raiton to it. The ball began to spark, however, the tehcnique was still not ready to be used. Due ot his training, Jikota learned how to steadily increase the power of the surge of eletricity, in other words, increase the power of the eletrical surge.
The ball of chakra began to surge at an extreme rate. Jikota could barely control the chakra, but weirdly, at the same time, he had a great control over the chakra. And so, with that, Jikota said."KA...ME...HA...ME...HA!"
From out of his palms, Jikota blasted out a medium-sized ball that seemed to be in the shape of a sea turtle. The sea turtle lightning blast striked the base of the mountain, drilling at it at that. Form miles away, all you would probably hear was a loud thundering noise.
Dust filled the air, but eventually, it cleared. Jikota looked at the mountain, though it was severely cracked, it would take several more Kamehameha attacks to destroy it. Though, Jikota did make a decent hole through 1/8 of the mountain. He chuckled and fell to the ground, gasping for air. He felt his arms tingling, and when he tried to pick himself up, he felt lightning surge all over his body.
"Hehehe...If I were using Sennin Moodo, then that entire mountain probably would've been destroyed.....What if I make a rule,...to only use Kamehameha in Sennin Moodo.
