OOC: Everyone may enter here. Only people who have registered may enter.

IC: The clouds were gray though, it didn't rain. There was mud but, it was hardly damp. Brutus, the exam proctor, took a look around the small arena. It was about half the size of Konoha's Coliseum though, it was resourceful and good enough to hold the Jounin Exams. The stadium was made out of stones and bricks from elements around the area. The area, was actually high into the mountains. Though, it was made in a few weeks and was somewhat of a rush job. There was no seating for a crowd, though ever since the 10-tails was summoned, people perhaps took the liberty of staying away from such events. After all, it's not like anyone can have an exam in a rundown arena. But, it's not like they could have another Exam in Konoha. For one, they needed time to recover, and second, few people were scared of Konoha. The release of the 10-tails scared Daimyo's. There was no telling of what else they might have underground. And so, this brings us here, to the small empty arena in the rural area's of the Earth Country.

"How do I get stuck with these jobs." Brutus said to himself, taking out a cigarette and then lighting it. He blew a smoke ring, as he sat at the registrations desk. In the stands, there were very few people watching the exams. There weren't any kage's attending this Exam but, there were representatives from each village. The shinobi villages were trying their best to keep a low profile as of now. No one wanted to start a war, and no one wanted to leave their village in the threat that their villages may be under attack some time soon. Yes, it was truly hectic times. But, enough of that. There was a slight glimpse of hope in the future. There was the chance that the 10-tails will be defeated, and there's a chance that one of the several Chuunin competing today can do such a thing.

Brutus took a puff, and blew. "Alright, people should be arriving sometime soon." He said to his partner. He looked up and saw someone coming. It began to get very dark as the clouds began to get darker and darker. Soon, it may even rain. The first person to register was....

Katsuo had appeared next to the arena. He had used his Shunsin after meeting Sazaku, the Norimune clan leader. He had gotten some new swords of perfect craftsmanship from him and was confident in his abilities. He walked into the place where they were to meet and check themselves in. In there was a man smoking and lowing rings of smoke out of his mouth. "Umm... Hello? This is where I register I'm guessing" He said as he walked up to the man. "Okay, I'm Katsuo Norimune." He stated hoping the man would check him in or whatever was needed. He walked over to a nearby wall and leaned against it with his left foot's bottom against the wall. He took out Ketsueki Karite and started examining the sword once more.

Kiara runs into the registering area in a huff looking a bit weathered."Am I late? no? Good!" She smiles at the registering ninjas. "Hee hee. I thought I was going to be late...." She then remembers to actually register. "Oh! I'm Kiara Guren! I'm from around here! Go Iwagakure! Yay!" She practicly jumps while she saying. She then smiles and walks away so that she could rest up abit before the exam. Well.....This outta be fun! She looks around to see if anyone else was there. She noticed a guy standing by Â a wall but, she didn't talk to him. Instead she walked over to a tree and sat down in front of it. She leans back and rests a bit so that she'll be ready for the exam. She thought for a second and looked up at the sky. She didn't see any clouds so she figured there wouldn't be any rain. Good......

Yakuzen Reiki laughed with his mouth shut, resting his head onto his hand's palm. He couldn't believe he was participating in the Jonin exams, he might even actually become a Jonin. He had prepared lots of stuff, pure water, some slices of bread, his blades, he wsa fully rested, since he slept a day and a half. Now it was the day. But he actually was very dissapointed when he heard the Jonin exams were in the Earth Country. His own homeland, he was maybe even becoming a Jonin in his homeland, where he ran away from, and now he just visits it like nothing is happening, if just none remembers him.

The bird rammed against the ground, right next to the entrance of the Coliseum, and blew wind from it's wings as they rammed the ground. Yakuzen Reiki stood up ffrom his position, laying on his stomach. He had his usual dark brown cloak on, his hair was made wet a few minutes ago and it sparkled, eventhough the sun was not shining, lucky him; it did not rain or he would have been soaked.

He felt pretty amused; people were actually afraid of that ten tailed beast? He just thought of it as a fluffy, big pet. He rotated his blades around his index finger, and then wrapped all his finger except his thumb into the hole, and held them firmly, nothing could go wrong now. He just needed to fight, and he always has a chance to participate again, since it's a rule your not allowed to kill anyone.

As he stepped onto the stone stairs, he walked to the doors, as he opened them by pushing his body through. ''Fun.'' He said, he was pumped with adrenaline, but he did not show a flinch of that. Anyone could take advantage of that. He pulled a bottle of his small bag, and drank the pure water, keeping just enough for later.

After the long journey, Ayame walked into Earth Country. She found that this country was quite beautiful. She knew that her training with Shizuka would pay off. She needed to face Â Caleb to hopfully show him that he wasn't as powerful as he thought he was. She wondered when Shizuka would show up. As she walked into the land she saw that it would be a time to prepare for many battles. She smirked as she walked into the village and smiled. Her long white hair flowed down her back as she was about to get ready for the battle. She was bound determined to show her strength at Â this tournament. She was ready to show people that as a mixed Nekojin between two of the clans she was just as powerful as the next person. She was ready for the Jounin exams and ready to prove her worth. Holding the sword, Ayame smiled remembering the note Shi-chan had left for her.

As some of the other candidates began to socialise with each other locron appeared from almost out of no-where wearing his black and blue Wolf style ANBU mask which was from the previous Mizukage. Although Locron had never finished his ANBU training before the Mizukage passed away he still wore his mask with pride. Walking up to the person who looked like he was in charge Locron pulled his mask away from his face slightly so that only half his face was hidden. â€œLocron Hicross. Iâ€™m here to represent Kirigakure in these exams.â€ Smiling he slid the mask over as he watched another Ninja write something down on a clipboard which he was hoping was his name.

Shortly afterwards Locron turned and began to walk towards the rest of the group. Smiling to himself Locron sat down against the wall and began to formulate some strategies for different situations he may get in. For anyone who had actually met locron before they probably would recognise him due to the fact that the cloths he was wearing were actually the same type as when he participated in the chuunin exams a couple of months ago.After a couple of miniuts had passed locron realised that some people were leaving for the exam preperation room so he decided to follow them in order to get out of the sun.

After getting lost over half an hour ago Syra finally made it to the jonin exams with the help of the stranger who pointed her in the right direction. Smiling Syra elegantly and flirtatiously walked up to the Jonin in change and smiled sweetly before saying in her gentle voice â€œErm... Hi... Iâ€™m Syra... Syra Hyuuga... and Iâ€™m here for the jonin examsâ€ as she waited for a reply she noticed someone else jot something down on a clipboard and realised that that was probably the indication she need to go to the main group of people.

As Syra walked over to the main group she attempted to draw the attention of some of the boys for two reasons one she was too far out of their league and the probably knew it and the second was to try and get someone interesting to talk to. As she reached the group Syra noticed that their was a man in an ANBU mask sat against the wall which kind of masde her nervous because if people like ANBU were taking part in the exam it might be harder then she thought, but making sure not to show that she was nervous syra began to take off her bag and put it on the floor without making eye contact with anyone.

As syra finished off putting her bag down she realised that the ANBU guy had stood up and began to head in the dirction that some of the other people were heading in. Syra sighed quietly to herself and picked up her bag once more before folowing the ANBU guy.

OOC: I know I want to start too, but a lot of people...

Katsuo had finished examining Ketsueki Karite and decided he would try to make his own masterpiece. He put Ketsueki Karite back in it's scabbard and started slowly walking out the door. He did it calmly and fairly slow step-by-step going the same pace. As he looked at some of the new pople starting to appear and sign-in he realized these were not the chuunin exams kind of people, they would not underestimate him. After he realizing that he sped up his pace a tiny bit, now going a average person's pace. He reached the outside a found a tree, in which he jumped up and his behind leaves and branches. He quickly, but sneakily made a sword. He examined it and noticed the was much alike the craftsmanship level of Sazaku's made swords. He examined what he could do with the sword and after finishing a couple seconds later, grinned. He liked his new swords. He made a metal scabbard for the sword and put the sword in it, then the scabbard on his back. "Bouseki Raikou" He thought to himself, naming the new sword.

He jumped back out of the tree and walked back into the sign-in room. Less than a minute had passed since he left, but he had accomplished so much in it. He would hope that him making weapons as a bloodline would be left a secret until the needed time to reveal it, battle he supposed. He had made it back into the designated area where he saw the same people. He thought for half a second and decided he would try to get to know someone, knowing the enemy was a great strategy. He walked up to a girl who put her bag on the ground. While she did so Katsuo noticed that she seemed to try to divert her eye contact away from others. He didn't care though and decided to proceed. Before he got to them though, he remembered something. He had saw a prep room over when he was coming in the building. He decided he'd go there and as he formed a half handseal he muttered a few words Good Luck, before he disappeared in a flurry of leaves to reappear in the prep room.
