Personality: Intelligent, bright, patient, and arrogant at times. Zatuyashi projects a calmer personality once he's alone in the quiet, but usually, he is seen picking random fights with his peers for any unnecessary reasons.

Zatuyashi is also seen as very intelligent for his age. At times of struggle, he would use his intellectual abilities to the farthest until the actual problem is solved. But at times of peace and relaxation, he is seen making fun of others' appearances and/or flaws, just to satisfy his own boredom.

However, despite all the hate and the arrogance, Zatuyashi also has a sensitive side embedded deep within him. Unlike his criticism towards other people, which are meant to be as a joke, he seems to take them very seriously when thrown towards him. He is very secure about his appearance and personality, and whoever dares to insult him regarding those traits will have to face his anger and wrath until a proper apology is given.

Description: A ninjutsu used to trap the opponent in the ground. The user must first get underground and directly below the target, after which they will pull the enemy into the ground so that only their head remains overground as they emerge on the surface. The collapsing ground will effectively block the victim's movement as they fall into the hole, so it will take them some time to escape, if they are able to on their own at all. This jutsu can be used to pull an opponent underground completely, but in that case a firm layer of earth or rock will not be created around the target's body and they will be able to escape much easier.

Background: Born in Iwagakure no Sato, Zatuyashi was abandoned by his parents at a very early age. Having no one to look to as caretakers, he was finally allowed to live with a foster family of fifteen. With ten other kids of whom shared the shame dreams of becoming a shinobi, Zatuyashi became frustrated with his life. He wanted to become a shinobi as much as the next person, but he was told that he would not be allowed to enroll into the Academy due to his unique features. Kibaku Nendo.

While his siblings enrolled into the Academy, one by one, Zatuyashi stayed home all day, working on his artwork. He had carefully mastered to play around with clay materials with his hand mouths, and for that, he was given special attention from his foster parents. He was considered as a gifted child by the age of 7 and was eventually enrolled into the Academy. From there, he expressed his special intellectual abilities and just breezed through all of his classes with no struggle.

At the age of 9, Zatuyashi finally graduated from the Academy, along with many of his own siblings. It was a happy day for many, but an unhappy day for Zatuyashi. He was being mocked and made fun of by his peers, and worst of all, his own siblings, due to the fact that he had abnormal hands. This made Zatuyashi realize how everybody did not accept his physical features. With this, he was quickly angered to a point of viciousness.

After the graduation, Zatuyashi was left alone, without any friends or even family members there to keep him company. There, in order to be accepted, Zatuyashi covered his hands with bandages so that his abnormal features wouldn't be seen.
