Personality:
The most important thing to him is his ninja duties. He puts the mission above all else, only equaled by the safety of his comrades. He treats everybody equal, no matter what rank, ethnicity, or power, although he searches for love and is happiest with the ladies. He is mature, very easy going, laid back, and mysterious. If he isn't dedicating his free time to training, he is either sleeping, drinking, or building a relationship with a comrade.
When he is drunk, he could get perverted, and uses his good looks and charm to try to hook-up with woman.
In a team he could play any role, and always does his best to keep the team morale up. When he's on his own, he does what he can to avoid combat, but when it comes down to it, he knows how to handle himself.
He has a strange fascination for black feathers.

Description: This is an advanced medical technique that can only be used by very few. Focusing their chakra in the area they are about to be hit, the shinobi starts the cell recreation and healing process before they even take damage. This allows them to severely reduce the damage they take after an attack, but it costs a considerable amount of chakra to be used.
Combat Styles: Name: Senmetsuken Ryuu - Annihilating Fist Style
Requirements: Must be trained as a 12-point kinjutsu; must be a Taijutsu, Ninjutsu or Ijutsu Specialist
Description: This taijutsu style does not have any specific stances or techniques, yet it is probably the strongest style in existence. It is based on focusing large amounts of chakra into your limbs as you attack to obtain immense strength, thus dealing truly devastating blows, able to take down a whole building in one shot. A direct hit like that will be fatal to most targets, even large summoning creatures, unless they are able to provide strong defense against the attack. This can also be used in ways other than directly attacking an enemy, as it grants the user monstrous strength, not deals damage with chakra.

Name: Bunshin no Jutsu - Clone Technique

Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

Description: Henge no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents. However, it does not grant one the properties of said objects or skills of that person, meaning turning into a weapon will not allow you to cut an opponent and turning into a dog will not give you a great sense of smell.
This technique can also be used in conjunction with someone, who may a person, a pet or a summoning creature, in which case it is called Konbi Henge (Combination Transformation). However, its principles remain the same.
Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu - Body Substitution Technique

Description: Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. Naturally, it won't work with another person unless their skill gap is enormous, and the object to replace oneself with must be close in size and weight to the ninja themselves. This technique must be set up a little ahead when fighting skilled opponents, otherwise, you may end up getting struck because you wouldn't have enough time to use it.

Description: Takes only the Bird handsign, once activated, dont have to hold it. Induces the enemy(ies) with highly severe chiroptophobia, or fear of bats. Must be activated by the sight of a bat. The opponents always have one of these three reactions. The first reaction is that the opponent(s) are so afraid that they are incapable of movement, the second reaction is retreat, or the third effect if they are capable of battle, and decide not to retreat, is that even though they continue to battle they get distracted by the bats every post. Lasts for as long as a bat (or bats) are in the area or battlefield.

Description: Bird, dog, ram, rat, dragon, tiger. After these set of hand signs, 30 screeching bats will appear out of thin air and fly around screeching in chaos. Every bat has precise echolocation. When they clench onto an opponent and bite, these bats have the ability to suck chakra. The bats are completely under the users will and are able to take minor damage before disappearing.

Description: This ninjutsu technique creates multiple copies of the user. The difference it has with any other clone technique is that it creates solid copies who possess the full physical and jutsu ability of the user and they are undistinguishable from the real person by any means, since they even have the chakra circulatory system. These clones are also fully autonomous, meaning they can move however far away from the shinobi they want and not dispel. Unfortunately, they still disappear after taking a hit. This technique, while powerful, poses a risk to the user, since it splits their remaining chakra evenly between all clones and themselves. Another notable thing about this technique is that the user gains whatever knowledge their shadow clones have collected when they dispel.

Background: Pre-academy
Ikego doesn't remember much about his parents. He has faint images of his father, who left him a black feather before dieing in war as an honorable ninja, and his mother died shortly after she gave birth to him. After his father died, his mother's sister gladly took him in. Ever since he was five, many days were spent meditating with his Aunt, who too had a black feather. Children his age found him weird, although the females always found him attractive. His Aunt always encouraged him to go outside and play, but he would rather stay inside and meditate. Although she found it unusual, she enjoyed the company. Some days his Aunt would meditate while holding her own black feather, and when Ikego seen this, he grabbed the black feather from his father and meditated with it as well. Ever since then, he never meditated without it.
Whenever he asked about his parents, his Aunt would tell him amazing stories about how both of his parents were amazing ninja, and what they did to become legends of the stone. His mother was one of Iwagakure's stealthiest recognized by a black feather in her hair, and his father once dropped his feather and killed 30 opponents before it touched the ground, the very feather that Ikego meditated with. To honor his parents and make them proud, he decided to become a ninja. His Aunt's only advice, "Never let go of your feather, it saved your father's life." Academy
During the academy, Ikego could be seen playing with his black feather or sleeping. Eventually getting bored, he would skip one day a week, then two, and eventually skipping most days of the week only showing up for the tests. Although the teacher was confused how he does so well, he couldn't just let him get away without being punished, thus the days he did go, he would get detention for the rest of the week. Ikego gladly showed up for detention as a chance to meditate. One day in detention the teacher asked why he didn't want to show up, he answered that he needed a challenge. Ikego's mind and chakra control were excellent, so he introduced him to Ijutsu. During the academy he would still skip out on class, but when he showed up to detention, he would study and practice Ijutsu, showing potential to be one of the best of Iwagakure's medical-nin.
When he graduated, he tied the headband to his arm with the black feather right under it.

When a character dies you can make a new RPC 2 ranks lower than the deceased.
You don't get jutsu but I believe that you can get jutsu slots if they die in battle, though you need permission. _________________
