Description: This technique is more of an ability. The user has control over the surrounding wind. The greater the user’s power, the greater the control they have. C rank can detect things through air currents, as well as control surrounding wind. B rank can control the wind to intercept an attack or launch at a person or object. A Rank can greatly increase jumping distance and maneuver themselves midair or break their fall. Their control also increases allowing them to make sharp piercing or slashing attacks and more powerful interceptions respectively with each rank. S have complete mastery and can make the wind do almost anything (within reason).

It was another day of training. Takuma Mizunaka stood in the desert, the hot sun blazing in the sky. The warm, dry wind swept sand into Takuma's face, which he brushed away. He was adorned with a lavish, white robe which swept at the desert sand below. He felt the sandy air brush against his cheeks, and closed his eyes against the bright sky.
He was going to try to control the wind. Of course, he did not have the power to control a massive amount of wind, or to actually redirect it's direction, but to detect things off of the wind, or control the surrounding area. The genin smiled when he thought of all the things he could do with this jutsu.
That's why it had stood out among other jutsus that he wished to learn. However, he knew that training with this justu would come with a price. He would have to slave over training this jutsu for over a week to even be able to grasp it. But Takuma knew that the harsh climate of the desert would not stop him, nor would the necessities that man desire. He would persevere, and learn this jutsu no matter what.
The young ninja decided to start the first day by getting to know the wind. He took a seat in the sand, and closed his eyes. There he sat, unmoving, with his white cloak flapping in the breeze. He did nothing but feel the wind against his body, and get to understand it.
The sun had made it's ark across the Land of Wind, and was setting in the West. Only when it became too cold from the lack of sun did the young ninja retreat back to his village. Takuma Mizunaka once again stood in the rolling sea of desert beyond the city of Sunagakure. The previous day was spent feeling the wind barrel itself against Takuma, but now it was time to go further. Manipulation of the wind was complex, even for a C-Ranked Jutsu, and so it would take small steps to accomplish it.
Takuma felt the wind against himself, his white robes flapping in the wind. Sand swirled to and fro, smacking the genin in the face. Takuma smiled as his face was warmed by the furious heat of the sun, and he felt his weights dig into his skin.
Takuma sat down in the sand, calmly taking a breath. He knew that controlling the sand would require calm compusure, and so he would have to meditate. And so the young ninja began to feel the wind, believing it was a part of him. He told himself: "You are the wind", and tried to accomplish unity with it.
Takuma slowly felt a bond build up with himself and the wind, and he opened his eyes. When he did, the link broke, and Takuma was left with nothing.

Takuma closed his eyes yet again, concentrating harder then before. He felt a small link like last time, but even a breath would destroy the link completely. Takuma, after several attempts sighed. The wind, for some reason that was up to Mother Nature, not him, decided to stop blowing, ending practice right then and there.
Takuma sat in the desert for another hour, waiting for the wind to pick back up, but it did not. The next day, Takuma once again made his way into the desert. He began to call the desert his second home, as he spent more time there then he did at his house or in his village. He really didn't even have friends in the village, so it didn't matter all that much. The desert, the sand, the wind, the scorching sun, those where Takuma's friends.
Takuma finally made it out into the desert where he decided to begin training. He knew that the link that he created between the wind and himself was extremely fragile, but he did not know how to come about keeping it. So, he began to create the link with himself and the wind yet again, as he did the day before, yet it kept breaking.
Takuma frowned after he had failed for the fourth time. Perhaps I need to come about this some other way...
Instead of concentrating extremely hard, he decided to do the opposite, not really concentrate at all. Well, upon testing this technique, he found out that it worked worse than the first method. To take his mind off his failure, Takuma had decided to take a small walk through the desert. The wind, which he was trying to control, rebelliously whipped against his kimono, laughing at his failure. Takuma didn't listen however, as he continued to walk through the endless sea of sand. The red sun, overhead, continued to relentlessly blaze it's heat down onto the rest of the world.
Takuma, after a good hour of walking, decided he was ready to try again. This time, unlike the other times, he really tried to communicate with the wind. Although stupid it may sound, he tried to talk with it, in any form or fashion.
To the Genin's suprise, it worked. He held onto the link a little longer then he had before, and recognized that he would have to communicate with the wind. He could not become one with the wind, he would have to team up with the wind, as if they were a team.

Takuma felt the link between himself and the wind flow through him. No longer did it break like the previuos times, but it kept on, hard and strong. Takuma opened his eyes, and felt the link surge through his body. He felt the wind, and he felt it flow through him, as if it were a part of him.
But he reminded himself that the wind was not part of him, it was isolated from him, yet they were working together. Now, all he had to do was manipulate the wind. However, Takuma did not know how to do this. He took a minute to ponder how to do it, and tested many different hypothesis that he had obtained.
However, upon testing each of them, he was not able to manipulate the wind. Takuma, ready to try again, connected himself to the wind. He was not one with the wind, but two with the wind. He connected himself, and felt the link rush through him. He felt as if he was hollow, and the wind was traveling through him. He felt like he were on top of a mountain, the wind rushing through him. It was an amazing feeling.
All of his weight was on one foot, and he quickly shifted it to the other, experimenting with the jutsu. He felt the wind change direction, slightly. He felt a wave of jubilation rush over him. He actually did it. Takuma, throughout the day, practiced just simple movements of the wind. He was able to pull off simple things, such as small speed movement and slight changes in direction. Even these, he considered, great accomplishments, and he wondered how great of a control he could exercise on the wind.

Takuma smiled as he came out into the desert the next day. He felt the wind flap against his kimono, and felt the rays of warmth fall onto him from the sun. Takuma closed his eyes, creating an instant link with himself and the wind. After all this practice, he had acquired the ability to be able to create and hold a link for a good time.
He opened his eyes and felt immediate things. He felt the wind carry the shape of a lizard from over 200 years away, blending in to the sand. He smiled, he was not able to do that before. He felt a bird flying in the breeze, and he saw a spec that was flapping in the distance. Takuma smiled still, being able to feel things in the wind was something extremely unique and invigorating.
Takuma, then held out his hand, and pushed chakra into his link, which he felt fly out of his body. The wind around him stopped and began to swirl, and Takuma smiled again. This was perfect...
