Name: Sui Tesaki (Water Fingers)
Description: What looks to be a simple leather glove with claws at the ends of them is actually a very deadly weapon! The claws are razor-sharp, with the ability to slice through clothing, skin, tendons, and even muscle, all the way to the bone, with relative ease. Also, if one channels Chakra into the claws, they have the ability to create a thin layer of water around the user's hand, which can protect them from the heat from Katon Jutsus, but only up to B-Rank. Also, by channeling Chakra into the claws, one can lash out and create four small "blades" of water towards the opponent, which won't cause serious damage, but will but through the skin, making more than a minor cut, but not a serious injury. Also, these "blades" can cut through Katon Jutsus, but, again, only up to B-Rank. However, a major drawback with this weapon is that one needs to take it off in order to perform ANY kind of Jutsus, ones that require Handsigns anyway. Another major drawback in using this glove is that one can't use any-other kind of weapon while having this glove on.

So blocking a C-rank would take 10% of your chakra? That seems a bit much xD I'd have no problem giving my approval for this if the cost for blocking a B-rank katon was 2/3 of the chakra cost of a B-rank.

Added drawback at the end of "Description". Think about it though, you'll have to channel enough Chakra into the claws in order to be protected from both the heat, and the Jutsu itself.
