Name: Judgment Kai
Type: NinJutsu

Requirements: None
Description: Judgment Kai is an advanced version of Kai Release, by first doing a series of hand signs that include Ox,Tiger,Monkey,Dragon. After successfully executing the these hand signs, reverse to the first Kai version hand sign and turn it upside down. After successfully completing that the user is capable of canceling any GenJutsu. Although each rank costs more Chakra than the first. For example.

C Rank JuTsu: They cost little Chakra per use

B Rank JuTsu: They cost medium amount of Chakra than C rank chakra

A Rank JuTsu: They cost more chakra than normal

S Rank JuTsu: They cost alot of Chakra per use.

I'm gonna say no on this one.
The ability to cancel any S-ranked Genjutsu, even with the use of a lot of chakra, is a bit powerful I think. This would be S ranked at least and probably Kinjutsu.

okay made it S but definitely not Kin because it only cancels it does not send it back to the user two fold or something of that sort. Also those require approval of the people who made them, yet this one does not. If you see Requirement: None. I did this so everyone has a chance to learn it rather than just have to learn it from a specific person...
