Requester: Council for Civil Defence
Description: A small group of criminals have been travelling across Fire Country and threatening peasants into giving them their harvest. Their movements are erratic and it has been confirmed that they are travelling by vehicle. Shinobi are required to stop the criminals and return the merchandise.

A count of 5 individuals has been confirmed. They are not trained in jutsu but are skilled with a variety of weaponry. These individuals are dangerous and should be approached slowly.
Shinobi Needed: 2+
Requirements: Not Missing-nin
