Two souls becoming one (Eric, Rin, and AJ only)

Eric Hatake

Eric was suprised when the Hokage had showed him the Hidden Dog Garden. It was a garden with a small japanese style like home. The garden is home to a forest of cherry blossom trees and literally millions of flowers. It was one of the most beautiful things he had ever seen. Rin had liked it too. Today he was wearing something special, something he would only wear to the most important things in life. It was a black kimono with a cherry blossom tree scattering its leaves while a lone wolf near it longingly stares at the distant moon. Strapped to his obi was two of his katanas. He swore he'd never go anywhere unarmed, but he also took off his face mask, reavealing his whole face for another rare moment of time.

He wondered though when Rin and the Hokage would show up. He stood on the steps leading to the small japanese style like home.

Rin Shouten stepped out onto the Garden wearing an icy kimono dotted with white mountain stripes along the edge. The kimono was very vibrant, complimenting her hair of nearly the same hue. Her tresses was pressed out long, spanning downwards of the midst of her back while framing her countenance. The Joushoukaze was attached to the black obi bound to her. Ornate lettering could be seen upon the back of her Kimono, it spoke 'Seven Swordsmen' in black calligraphy. She stepped forwards towards the house, admiring the garden as she continued through. finally, she glanced towards Eric and managed a smile, brushing her hand along the tassel attached to the Obi. It was of the face of a wolf with a single golden band surrounding a 'mane' of material that drooped down from the Obi. She could hardly find the words to speak, so she remained silent for the moment, smiling brightly.

Tamotsu appeared almost instantly in a flrry of leaves wearing special breed of robe. It was midnight blue with a moon and two wolves looking at the moon from different sides of the robe. It had a single flowr at the bottom and the Hokage's hat beside on the side. Tamotsu sighed as he felt old and then looked at the two smiling softly. He shook off all feelings of his own loneliness and then bowed.

"I welcome you here to my home where my parents themselves married. My home while beautiful, is that way because of the love and honor I give to it's caring. In the end, you must realize, that it takes all things to make growth work. I have considered your marriage idea and on this day, I will grant you your marriage. Say your vows now." Tamotsu smiled.

Eric nodded and smiled when saw Rin. He bowed to the Hokage when he arrived, then when he told them to say their vows, he took Rin's hand and led them under one of the cherry blossom tree. It was there that he held both of her hands in his, and began to say his vows. "Rin Shouten, I love you with all my heart. You can make me smile in ways no other people can, and only you can melt my ice cold defenses. You shine a bright light on my dark and lonely soul, and through richer and poorer, in sickness and in health, I would stay with you through home, battle, death and back." he said. He took out a ring tucked in his obi, a golden wedding ring with a crystal that matched her kimono's colors. He put it on her left ring finger.

Rin came to stand before the Hokage, Tamotsu Inuzuka, who had warmly accepted Rin where she had expected none. She glanced over towards Eric briefly as he spoke his Vow, then spun about as he placed a golden ring upon her left hand. She smiled brightly at him as she relinquished an ornate silver ring, engraved with calligraphy. The crystal atop the ring was onyx, matching the blackness of Eric's kimono. "Eric Hatake, The love of my Life, the very one who has shown me that I can feel emotions once more. I love you with everything that I am and accept you in sickness and in heath. for richer or poorer."

"On this day, let it be known that Eric Hatake and Rin Shouten have joined in a union blessed by the will of fire and solidified by the Hokage. That on this day, that peace my reign in your hearts and in your souls. Carry this love of yours till your graves and you will be rewarded with the greatest power ever known to man. I pronnounce you man and wife. May your...." He pasued a moment as he looked to the trees as the leaves continued to fall. "May your adventures, no matter how far apart you may be, always keep you together."

Tamotsu bowed and then left them silently with nothing more to say. The was a cold wind as he disappeared.

Eric smiled as he glanced at the newly pronouced Rin Hatake. Some strands of hair had fallen down her face. Gently brushing them aside, his had stopped at her cheek. "I guess this is where I kiss the bride." he said with a hint of amusement in his voice. His hands wrapped themselves around Rin's waist and he brought his lips to her in a soul searing kiss. He was glad the Hokage approved of this marriage. Though now he had to deal with the problems of his first failed marriage, his ex-wife's demented brother, and Ukyo's maddened self. At least he wouldn't be alone this time. He had someone by his side now.

She smiled gently towards Eric, her husband now. She wished to stay with him for a while longer, however there were more pressing matters even she had to admit, that came first before pleasure and thus, she had already decided to leave after he wedding was finished. Rin embraced Eric as they kissed softly, then pressing away slightly. "I love you, Eric Hatake, and it's an honor to be your wife. We'll face your problems together, because that's what married couples do, they face their problems together rather than separate." She said, then smiled as she raised her hands and grasd onto the Chidori Scroll from Eric before bringing her hands into a hand seal and vanished in a residing mist, leaving nothing in her ake but a message on a singe scrap of paper, reading 'I'd love to stay and chat, but I have some recruiting to do for the Seven and training that needs to be completed.'
