Appearence:- He is a blue Turtle with a black head band(No Village and covers his eyes). His turtle shell is Green with a golden sheathed Yakuza sword to his left.
Race: Mythical Turtle Creature
Hair: Completely Bald
Eyes: Is covered by Black head band, but White.
Body: Has very Athletic Arms and Legs, aswell as chest. But his Under belly is a bit flabby.
Ethnicity: Fire Country
Village: Sunagakure
Main/Favored Weapon: None
Primary Element: Suiton
Fighting Type/Style: NinJutsu
Strengths: Huge Supply of Chakra, and is extremely powerful in TaiJutsu in terms of Speed. Finally, his Sword Using ability is around the level of Elite Jounin.
Weaknesses: Only listens to Jikota's orders and is a bit headstrong. Cannot perform Hand seals without his Master on his back. However, once the hand seals is performed, Genbu does all of the rest of the work. Has Average Chakra Control, with Average Throwing Weapon Ability.

Henge no Jutsu [Transformation Technique]

Requirements: None
Description: Henge is the basic skill a ninja must know to become a Gennin. It's mostly used as a decoy, to confuse the opponent by transforming into somebody that's an ally with the enemy, and then attack from the back when he's not expecting it. This technique can easily be combined with other jutsus for a more powerful effect, such as with Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Technique].
Suimen Hokou no Gyou [Art of Water Walking]

Description: The user focuses their chakra to the soles of their feet and step onto the water. From the surface of the liquid, they would then need to be able to measure the amount of chakra it would take to support their weight along the surface of the water without sinking. Once this is mastered, the user would be able to easily walk on water.
Suiton: Suiryuudan no Jutsu [Water Release: Water Dragon Blast Technique]

Requirement: A Large Supply Of Water
Description: A Suiton (water type) Ninjutsu technique using water as its base. The ninja manipulates the water around them into the shape of a large dragon that attacks their opponent as a torrential blast.

Description: The user concentrates onto the soles of their feet and coats them with a layer of chakra. Once this is done, the user will then be able to walk up any tree like they are walking up a regular foot path.

Description: This technique is used to create a massive blast of water. Hand signs are ox, monkey, hare, pig, bird, ox, horse, dog, ram, tiger, snake, ox, monkey, and hare. This is a very destructive jutsu, capable of uprooting trees and destroying the ground.
Mizu Shunshin no Jutsu [Water Instantaneous Body Skill]

Description: The user will be able to disappear from their previous position in a swirl of water and reappear elsewhere. The distance they reappear to depend on the amount of chakra they choose to use.
Suiton: Kaihodan [Water Release: Pressure Cannon]

Requirements: None
Description: A strong jet stream of water is blasted out of the user's mouth. This jutsu uses up a lot of chakra from the user. It is a one shot per battle move.
Background: For 50 Years the Turtle Summon boss Genbu has only been able to be summoned by the Satoichi Kame Sennin(Blind Warrior Turtle Immortal). However, due to Jikota's training, Jikota is able to summon the Boss after being named the aire by the Satoichi. However, he barely and almost never uses the Boss. Only if he severely needs to.
Genbu is but a simple shinobi except he is of Turtle existince. He hasn't been used or summoned for 20 Years however, he has remained incredibly strong. Naturally, he is a great leader aswell as a great fighter. Though, it has not yet been tested, he could probably put up a fight with the Strongest of Summoning Bosses. A Good one at that.
Though, Genbu is the Boss of all Tortoise's, and Ninkame, he serves as a Guardian to the Elder Ninkame. Another thing, is that he was the son of the former Ninkame Boss who died in battle when he was summoned. However, amongst the Turtles, Genbu is respect more then the Elders since only Genbu and few other Ninkame are able to speak with them. Jikota has only meet the Elder Tortoises once. To Jikota, they are weak and surprised that they are even living.
When in Sennin Mode, Jikota uses Genbu rather then the elders since they are old. Though, Jikota would probably have a higher level of knowledge with the elder Turtles, Jikota values the Power and Change in Appearance from when he Uses the Immortals Skill with Genbu. This would seem arrogant, but even the Elders have Come to Agree with Jikota on that one. Afterall, they're old and there's no telling WHEN they are going to die. Why die in battle with an idiot? they said to Genbu.
Jikota and Genbu's Sennin Mode is simple. Genbu's Knowledge and Power is unloaded within Jikota's body. However, there is no physical appearance of Genbu and Jikota working together due to the fact that Genbu is asleep when in this mode with Jikota. Jikota's apperance and skills on the other hand takes a dramatic change. His Skin turns a blueish green and he has a Turtle shell on his back. He also has 2 Shell's on his forearms that are used a Pads(For Blocking Weak Attacks). Though Genbu is asleep, Jikota takes up all of his features including the skills that he knows and Jikota does not. Thus, Jikota is able to use more Suiton NinJutsu in this form. However, his Medical NinJutsu is cut off for the moment. As for his TaiJutsu, his attacks get stronger though he slight get's slower due to the weight. Over time, he MAY be able to get use to the weight.

Gamabunta, Manda, and Tsunade's slug are ALL able to use Jutsu. TaiJutsu, NinJutsu, but not too sure about GenJutsu. Even Kakashi's Ninken(Ninja Dog) are allowed to use Jutsu. If you ever really paid close attention to them, ga
examples
Gamabunta in the fight with Shukaku, he used the Suiton Technique, "Suiton: Teppoudama".
Tsunade's Slug Boss was able to use "Acid of 1000 Fangs".
With the help of Kakashi doing the hand seals and providing the chakra, he was able to use that Doton Technique to chase down Zaubza in the Kirigakure No Jutsu?
Also, Gamabunta could Henge, as seen in the battle with Gaara, with only that Naruto performed the hand seals, and think of an image with claws, Kyuubi.

1: They used Jutsus, yes, but they didn't require handsigns.
2: Gamabunta has hands and fingers, so yes, he can use hangsigns.
3: The Jutsus that Manda and the Slug Lord used didn't require handsigns.
4: Gamabunta used Henge with the help of Naruto and Gama's son, but Naruto did the handsign.
5: Kakashi's Nin-dogs were SUMMONED by Kakshi when he used a Summoning Scroll and wiped his own blood on it so they could sense him, I've seen the ep.
From what I understand, if the Summon doesn't have hands like a Human does, then they can't perfom Jutsus that require handsigns. I'm not trying to say that you can't have the Summon, but he can't use Jutsus that require handsigns is all I'm saying. You'd have to do the handsigns for him.

...that was the plan....also, Gamabunta has webbed feet and hands I think, it's was impossible for him to use a Jutsu that required hand seals. Also, Gamakichi, his son was WATCHING the battle.
So, what's the deal? It was already officially decided that I may have the summoning ability to summon Turtles,(But not able to summon them completely without using alot of chakra until Chuunin) in Room #2. If you need me to bring up the quote, then just say the word.
