Clan Description: The origin of the Tsuori clan is one that may have been documented at one time, but was lost to the effects of age and wear of the previous filing system of the Tsuori. However, the current belief recited to the younglings is that the Tsuori clan began with a shinobi (referred to as the Dark Magician) who devoted his entire life to understanding how chakra and the body worked to create the perfect shinobi. This led him to study and master both Fuuinjutsu and ninjutsu, because both fields were primary to his goals.
He spent years perfecting Fuuninjutsu that he believed could potentially achieve his goals. However, with the effects of old age starting to effect his aspirations he realized that he would need some one to carry on his work. Having drafted a seal that would be was on the verge of doing what he wanted he began looking for ways to pass on his legacy.
The Dark Magician turned to his sons and passed all his knowledge to them. He taught them as much as he could spare no details instilling them with his legacy. He decided that the quickest way that he could teach them both his knowledge was to split it up. He taught the oldest all the Fuuinjutsu he’d learned and his younger son the ninjutsu methodology and information he could comprehend.
When the Dark Magician past, both his sons took his research farther than their father was able to venture. They perfected his seal and called it the Affinity seal and created the Tsuori can that would later become dependent on it through the Choukou no Fuuun bloodlimit.
Currently, the Tsuori clan is a neutral entity whose clan members are breed in the arts of Fuuinjutsu, intensive chakra control, and writing. With this being said, the Tsuori would loosely be the equivalent to a house of scribes with jutsu at their disposal due to its general fascination with books and the progression of knowledge. The Tsuori are known for being the manufactures of books, scrolls, and overall Fuuinjutsu in the shinobi world and have made a profitable business out of it.
The Tsuori clan, as a whole, is ruthless in its gathering of information and has followed the Dark Magician’s footsteps to the letter. The Tsuori clan has ventured into all shades of the jutsu spectrum and has cataloged the effects of each jutsu they run into. In each village they root themselves in their primary goal is the gathering of information on techniques that would better their clan as a whole. To each village they gain power in they donate books, libraries, and exercise political weight they might hold to gain more knowledge.
Clan Traits/Characteristics: The Tsuori gene pool encompasses all side of life. This would be due to not all of the Tsuori clan are descendents of the Dark Magician; however, every member who receives Choukou no Fuuun must be born into it. Although, every member of the Tsuori cherish the written language and even the men may become giggling fan girls over books or scrolls that hold importance to them. All members of the Tsuori clan who are born into it possess photographic memory and an Affinity seal above their life gate.
Clan Personality: Although each member is unique in their own way, each member has some degree of anti-sociability. It seems that despite the openness of the clan, many of its members choose to stay glued in their books expanding their knowledge. So, it is very common among the Tsuori clan to assume the “smart reader” stereotype.
Bloodline Description: The Choukou no Fuuun is the name of the ability that the Tsuori clan have developed. In all reality, the Choukou no Fuuun is not a bloodlimit, but a birth right. Meaning, to each child of the Tsuori clan they are bestowed a seal above their life gate, which gives them specific abilities. The Tsuori over time have become dependent on this seal because their members genes have adapted to it.
Bloodline Limits: Each new born is given the Affinity Seal, which is described below:
Name: Affinity Seal
Type: Fuuinjutsu
Rank: Secret (A)
Requirements: Editan must apply it, can only be given to those born of Tsuori clan.
Description:
Application: The affinity seal takes three members of the Editan who are advanced in the Affinity Seal Art to apply. The same chemical used in the Inscription SA will be rubbed on the chest of the newborn. Then three Editan stand over the newborn child and light three candles in memory of the event. Next, the Editan link hands and recite an ancient poem of the calling, which has three stanzas and three lines to each stanza. With each new stanza recited, a candle goes out and the smoke that lingers from the candle drifts into the child’s nose. When the poem is finish and all three candles are exhausted, on the child’s stomach the Affinity Seal will burn its self into the newborns chest just above the child’s life gate to show the process was completed. This process is called the Separation of Good and Evil.

Effects: The Affinity Seal splits the life gate in two creating a negative and a positive polarity to chakra of those that wear it and binds itself with the gate creating a new connections and tenketsu points (14 to be exact). However, due to it being given to only newborns, their bodies are more suitable to this process and as the child grows the body conforms to this taxing seal and their chakra reserves grow to handle it. With training they can increase the chakra reserves further like any other shinobi and learn how to polarize their chakra futher.
With this being said, the Affinity Seal has the following benefits: it allows them to adsorb substance from chakra or other attacks orally, it helps regulate the chakra flow creating a negative and a positive chakra flow, and upon death the seal will disappear as the life gate ceases functioning. As stated, the Affinity seal allows for the user to orally ingest certain attacks. This is done by the user reversing his charka flow and creating a vacuum at their lips. This vacuum leads to a temporary chamber inside them making their body a temporary seal. They can release what ever they absorbed back in the same fashion it was absorbed by changing the direction of their chakra. Please note, that the focal point of absorption does do not have to be directly at their lips. They can extend it outwards at the length of an arm.
In addition, each born into the Tsuori develops the Inscription abilities that are unique to the Tsouri clan.

Requirements: Tsuori Clan, D ranked
Description: This ability allows the user to burn pictures or words into seal paper that they picture in their mind. This ability works simply as the following: covering the paper in a chemical that are sensitive to chakra, the user emits chakra through their finger tips causing the chemicals to react, and this can form a picture depending on what the user is thinking. The user with this ability must be momentarily focus on that object they want for this to be effective.

Introduction:
Choukou no Fuuun means “Carving of Destiny” and this is simply the methodology of the Tsuori clan towards their art. Choukou no Fuuun basically breaks down normal chakra into negative and positive charged chakra. The Tsuori database explains negative and positive chakra as building blocks to form neutral chakra, which is more stable and used by normal shinobi. The Tsuori are able create and use these primal chakras more effectively than other shinobi and have found reliable methods and using these types of chakra. Tsuori database states, “Shinobi do not realize that [neutral] chakra can be corrupted by imbalances in the amount of these building blocks.” The Tsouri are able to sense and manipulate these building blocks through their split life gates. Tsuori database states, “[Tsuori] are gifted by because [the Tsuori] life gate naturally collects and separates negative and positive chakra.” The Tsuori can naturally control this point and draw on the chakra collected at this chakra focal point. The Tsuori believe that their life gate represents the two paths of destiny and the Tsuori are thereby able to control their destiny by choosing how they manipulate their life.

Positive chakra is strengthened by negative feelings and attributes of character that are overall negative.

Name: Polarized Trainers [PTs]
Description: Polarized Trainers are specially designed glasses whose frames are solely dependent to the person’s face, personal taste, and style. The lenses themselves are made from materials discovered in caverns beneath the sandy oceans of the Wind Country. The materials are combined and create a glass like material which is cut into lens. These lenses are then given several special coatings to make it scratch resistance, anti-reflective coatings intended to reduce glare, improve night vision, and make cleaning the glasses easier. In addition to standard functionality, PTs are used by the Tsuori clan members in order to view positive chakra and negative chakra formed in their attacks. Tsuori clan members have discovered that the material found in the depths of the Wind Country is particular sensitive to picking up the light spectrum of positive and negative chakra. The PTs help Tsuori clan members to spot and see exactly how their attacks work. It is a basic training tool that can not pick up regular chakra formed by shinobi or magnify, track, or see Tenketsu points.

Name: Chakra Corruption :: Chakra daraku

Requirements: Tsouri Clan
Description: Chakra Corruption is a ninjutsu that is applied via touch or visual. It is applied similar to how a genjutsu begins, but that is where the similarities end and where the power of this jutsu begins. In Chakra Corruption, the user extends positive or negative chakra into the opponent’s cerebral nervous system. Positive or negative chakra that is inserted disrupts the flow of chakra creating an influx of the opposite chakra that was inserted. Chakra Corruption can only be dispelled by the natural rules of Polarized chakra. If a ninja attempts to dispel the ninjutsu like regular genjutsu (most ninjas will feel or think they are under a genjutsu by its effects) they will be increasing the amount of polarized chakra. If Kai is used, it doubles the amount. If Genjutsu break is used, it triples the amount.

Description: Polarized Illusion is a visual genjutsu begun by the Rat hand seal. Any part of the users body will initiate the genjutsu, which will create a either a happy illusion or a sad illusion depending on the amount of positive or negative chakra in the brain. If opponent is balanced, the genjutsu causes the information between the brain and the eyes to be delayed by 0.15 seconds. An excess of negative chakra will create a happy illusion of the victim eating ice cream creating positive emotions from the opponent. An excess of positive chakra will create a negative illusion of the victim seeing some one close dieing before them. This genjutsu does not make them believe they are in the illusion.
Name: Elemental Shishi Golem
Type: Fuuinjutsu

Requirements: Tsouri Clan, Inscription Ability
Description: This jutsu requires that the user to create a seal an infuse it with chakra. The seal contains the word Shishi and written with measurements for the size, shape, and element the Shishi will appear in. The seal, depending on which element was used as the medium for this jutsu (if water, seal becomes water proof; if fire, it becomes fire proof; it does not work with lightning and air), will remain on the back of the head of the Shishi golem and once the tag is removed the golem will be completely destroyed. This jutsu utilizes chakra as a beckon device to draw in spirits, which will in effect occupy the golem. These spirits are control able by the user because it is within the requirements of the seal. When the seal is destroyed, the spirit is purified. This jutsu simply requires chakra for the creation of the golem, other wise it is not a constant pull on them. The golem themselves serve the following functions: can act as hounds, carry people to safety, and/or attack. They have no weapons other than their claws, teeth, and stamina.

Description: This ninjutsu utilizes the Positive and Negative chakra principles by attracting and repelling forces with charged with Positive or Negative chakra. Due to Positive and Negative chakra’s magnetic properties, the user of this jutsu can charge an object with either positive or negative chakra and manipulate it based on charges. This jutsu has a maximum distance of five meters, but can be extended depending on the level and skill of the user. E-ranked Tsouri set the least maximum at five meters and with each rank gained the distance is extended by five meters.
Name: Polarized Clone :: Kyokusen Bunshin no Jutsu
Type: Ninjutsu

Requirements: Tsouri Clan
Description: Polarized Clone creates at least two copies of the ninja that possess substance. Positive and negative Chakra is evenly dispersed among the clones and creates real copies with form and substance. A positive clone would be attracted to negative chakra and a negative clone would be attracted to positive chakra. For each clone made, they possess at least 1/10 of the chakra of the original creator. Also, when the clones are destroyed they revert back to polarized chakra.
Name: Temporary Ingestion

Description: This ninjutsu allows the user to orally ingest certain attacks. This is done by the user reversing his/her charka flow and creating a strong vacuum at their lips. This vacuum leads to a temporary chamber inside them making their body a temporary seal. They can release what ever they stored back in the same fashion it was stored by changing the direction of their chakra. Please note, that the focal point of the vacuum does do not have to be directly at their lips. They can extend it outwards at the length of an arm. When the attack reaches the focal point, an extreme pressure is placed on the substance of the attack and like a black hole sucks it in. Upon release, the substance is reconstructed. This ninjutsu makes no attempt to destroy or nullify attacks. It merely seals them in an alternate space until the user releases the attack.
Name: Sealing Technique: Shishi Closing
Type: Fuuinjutsu (K)

Requirements: Tsouri Clan, Inscription Ability, 10 point Kinjutsu training
Description: This jutsu begins with the user creating a complicated seal that will take two sealing pieces of papers. The first seal is for the delivery. This seal must be prepared with a chant and infused with chakra. Collecting a ball of dirt, sand, or mud, the user wraps a seal around it and the ball will form into the head of a lion-dog. Next, a seal with the center word close must be created that will be placed on top of the ball. When thrown, this ball will grow and expand. The head is slightly controllable as it grows in size until it bites onto its target and rustles them to the ground or pins them against something. Then it will release the second seal with a time delay reaction, prohibiting the use of chakra by the person caught in the middle. The Jutsu is hard to control and is not guaranteed to hit. It can be destroyed and if it misses it simply keeps going until it hits something. If it doesn't hit something with chakra it will turn back into a ball of mud or dirt and the sealing will not occur. Note, that this seal routes itself into their chakra system and uses their own chakra to bind their arms and legs. Once the person is free of the seal, they regain use of their chakra

Chakra disruption should be a C-Rank because of the skill it would take to perform that attack. Maybe make it even a kinjutsu? 2. Meh... I can take the Shadow Clone out of it and it'll work the same way.
3. Like I've stated, it similar to the Shishi Heikou-Loin Closing Roar created by Chiyo. I suppose instead of closing Tenketsu I suppose I should say it prohibits chakra use. I could say, by disrupting the chakra it stops chakra use. But, that would still be manipulating and controlling said Tenketsu points in directly or directly. Or you could think of it like the seal feeding off of the persons chakra reserves and strengthening itself on their chakra. Though, then we'd be talking about bigger and badder rankings for it. 0_0
4. Depends on what you mean by that. It can only be wield by Tsuori members like it was stated.
5. Pretty sure I was very descriptive on how the bloodlimit temporarily stores attacks. Any and all attacks can be absorbed within reason (Taijutsu attacks by sucking the person down). _________________
Masakado I read your chakra corruption and by the sounds of it i would have to say that it needs to be bumped higher then d rank i would have to say about c maybe b ranked unless you add a downside to it like limit how long the effeacts last. _________________ Mouken

Chakra corruption is actually a very weak attack if you know how it works you will be able to counter this jutsu with out even using chakra. I don't see how it is B-ranked, but I made it so since you guys believe it to be. _________________
Stick with B rank; it's similar in the fact that it drains chakra and without IC knowledge of how to defeat it they can't just realize it, so the weakness is shaky.
