Name: Suiton: Kirigakure no Jutsu - Hidden Mist Technique

Description: After the user forms the necessary hand seals, this technique creates a thick mist in the surrounding area. Said mist is used to block the sight of anyone and everyone in the target area. It can be useful if the user wants to make an escape or relies on senses other than sight in battle.
Also using 70 tp to lower the post count down to two
IC: Hiro went back to his orginal place near the water before he had gotten the order about meeting the new kirigakure team when he began to quickly form some hand seals gathering his chakra up into his mouth expelling the chakra around him only to get a slightly small amount of Mist that normally would hide a shinobi but within the hidden mist village the small amount seemed to be thicker than normal. Hiro looked around only to see that it was a bit thicker then it normaly was when he was right there “So this sequence of seals will allow me to use this mist to hide myself” he said forming the seals again this time gathering his chakra into his mouth before opening it to let the mist seep out slowly.
Sara kept following the vampire for some time. He was cruising quickly, but then she felt he stopped moving. A thick mist covered the area. Where was he...Something was odd about this mist. The vampires chakra was all over it. It made it almost impossible to locate him. But she felt a stronger sense in a certain spot. She wandered towards it hoping to find him. "Hello..." 'what was his name again...'"Vampire...Hiro..."'that was it.'"Hiro, are you nearby". Sara kept searching. She was getting closer though to the stronger feeling of the presense. 'This is a jutsu isn't it....'

Name: The Hocca
Requirements: None
Description: Those who can use the Hocca can instinctively sense it in others. Anyone with a demonic aura or infernal aura can be sensed. Typically, people with a demonic aura are normal demons while those with infernal auras are humans / demons that have been corrupted, or has the scent of Hell. The Hocca sense is no more powerful than sight, and requires the person to be quite close to detect them (maximum fifty feet). It detects whether they have a strong aura, weak aura or no aura. Auras also have distinct scents to each one, and thus allows them to identify what type of aura it is and if they are familiar with the person who it is (IE all vampires would have the same aura). Ozanaru and Mi'Godh gain the Hocca as part of the bloodline limit; Mizuno must give a SA slot.

Description: This ability also allows the user to break attacks down, which can lead to dodging attacks by predicting when and what is coming. It can eventually become possible to copy a technique seen before as a Demonic Genjutsu. Any Element is able to be annualized and copied. Only skills on list can be fully predicted, but if she knows at least one jutsu from an element completely, she can feel what is coming.

Description: It's male form is able to do all element styles in real life, but the female can only copy them. When witnessing a jutsu being done, she is capable of coping them. Though this takes time and practice. When the jutsu is broken down and understood fully. She can then transmit it as a genjutsu and cause the same effects as the jutsu. The difference is this require the enemy to be under the genjutsu or it would render this useless. The plus side though is it requires less chakra, or more accurately, you control is so high since you understand the jutsu you can use these abilities using the exact amount needed or even use more chakra to an exact, no wasted chakra, to make it more powerful then a normal everyday user could.
With the mist slowly leaking out from his mouth hiro began to feel that usual thirst “ looks like after that battle with Syra I need to feed again” he said walking around the mist picking up the scent of blood nearby “Looks like my meal found me” he said when he turned a corner only to see another fisherman standing there with blood flowing down his arm from where he got cut from a knife which still seemed fresh. Hiro quickly formed the hand seals and let the mist flow out of his mouth to cover the entire area while hiro began to move at his full speed *including his 5% increase over humans* grabbing him from the back of his neck bring his fangs down drinking the blood out of the human fisherman. When the mist cleared to where it can be seen in Hiro was gone and the fisherman’s body was lying there dead. “ Looks like I found a better way to feed without anyone seeing me” he said reaching the nearby water a while away from where he finished his meal.
When Hiro returned to his spot he felt the mind of one of the team members" SO you came looking for me and hid your presence well" he said moveing quickly behind the Girl " Whats your name?" he asked her while looking at her neck.
Suteki had just wandered around hoping to find Hiro, she stopped calling out his name. She was a little scarred since he didn't answer. She knew he was nearby. Perhaps he wasn't someone to be trusted...
She kept wondering around. Were was he... He had appeared behind her. She screamed for a moment out of surprise. She turned quickly, and out of instinct tried to put him within her demonic ability. Did he get stuck in it... She was unsure of her abilities, she never used them that often... It was obvious he didn't get stuck...He asked for her name. "Syra (she said Sara but it sound like Syra)..I was told to meet a group at that spot where you fought.. Guessing you were one of the people...though, that word is a little understated huh."

Sara was only momentarily scared. She didn't fear him, just the surprise. Though the mist was bothersome. She understood it fully now. Water based ability, creates a thick vapor to reduce sight. Seemed pointless as it blinded the user as well though. She removed the thought from her head....what did he just say..."An Exam? Missions?" She thought back to her training, though her village sent out soldiers to round up demons who had gone wild. Is that what he was going to do? And the exam...lost completely.
She stood their blankly. She wasn't one for the ninja training really, she liked to spar, but she didn't like to injure people needlessly. But some deserved it. She preferred to enjoy her time, but rarely got to in the compound...she didn't want to think about that now though. "Oh, do you know who that person was you were fighting? Why did she attack you, what is a vampire?" She was still wary of the man,' if that person was who I thought, he must have done something wrong for him to get attacked.'

Hiro stood there listening to her mind and to what was being said “ I was the one that was being attacked” he began “But it probably was because of the strong scent of blood from my last meal.” hiro walked over when her thoughts came across his mind “I didn’t do nothing wrong nor am I a bad person” he said watching feeling like he forgot something “From what the other member said that was Syra.” Hiro stood there catching his breath when he looked her in the eyes and began to explain what a vampire is “Vampires are creatures of the night when we are at the strongest” he started “we have to survive by feeding on the blood of humans so we have to kill a human to life.”Hiro turned around with his back turned to sara “ We are broke up into two main kinds which are known like those of a clan. Vampires that were born vampires are known as Purebloods and those that where turned from a pureblood are hybrids” he said.
Hiro turned back to Sara wanting to know more about what has happened and her abilities more “So sara what is it that you want to tell me about yourself?” he asked as he started to walk more away from where they were since the scent of blood was getting stronger with the wind beginning to pick up from the water around them.

Name: Telepathy: Vampire
Requirements: None
Description: This is an ability shared by all Cursed and it is the strongest among vampires. It refers to the ability to establish a mental link between two cursed, thus "talking" instantaneously and without using actual words. They are also able to send messages to common people, though the latter would be unable to respond in this manner. These messages may include actual words, so that the receiver would hear the sender's voice in their head, a sequence of images or associations or just general emotions and feelings on a matter. They can also sense any Cursed within their sending range, unless the latter are suppressing their aura, thus hiding their presence.
However, vampires are still able to sense werewolves, banshees or reavers who are covering their presence. The power of a vampire's telepathy is quite high and has multiple additional uses. For example, vampires can sense any human within their sensing range, so it is impossible to surprise them, and they can tell almost any clone created by ninja techniques from the real person. They can also sense a human's emotions and general intentions and highly amplify their sending when using visualization or emotions, which can be used to instill fear or a particular thought indirectly into a human or even another werewolf Cursed. Something that is known as killing intent is a great advantage to vampires, because they can send its amplified version directly into someone's mind. Another thing is that they can make a certain mental aura surround them, in a similar way they would try to affect someone's thoughts by "replacing" their emotions and visual mind. Most often it is used to hide in plain sight: for this, a vampire would surround themselves with an aura of unimportance, so people will not pay attention to them despite seeing and hearing them clearly, as if their existence was not any more important than a tiny bug's they didn't even notice. This also works on werewolves.
The distance is 200 feet for E-rank vampires, 1100 feet for D-rank, 2000 feet for C-rank, 4000 feet for B-rank, 7000 feet for A-rank, 10000 feet for S-rank and 15000 feet for SS-rank. If sending to a Cursed you don't know personally, the distance is cut in half, and to send to a human you don't know closely, you must have them in sight or within one tenth the normal distance. In addition, when communicating with one's clones, the distance is unlimited.
All Cursed have the ability to find another anywhere in the world, but they must know the person in question rather well and they'll only know which way to go towards them. Vampires can also tell if they are alive and their general mental status. This will not work if the one you're trying to find is hiding their presence, but only a vampire can block another vampire. *note this is a passive ability that he has no real control over*
Something seemed wrong. She couldn't place her finger on it. "Well, our clan is known to hunt demons that hurt humans. I am from the same clan as Syra. She is our leader I believe" She didn't know to much about Syra, 'perhaps this would change that.'
"Which kind are you? Pure or half?" 'So he basically killed humans to live. How often did he feed? Did he kill the humans he fed on? Can he suck my blood!' She kept him at a distance while they walked.
Now he was asking her questions, 'what can be said. Eight years old, but was told that she didn't look it.' "I am part of the same clan as Syra, but am nothing like most of the members there."'Half demons were different, but are treated the same for the most part, except her for some reason.' She deactivated one of her seals. She was slowly getting used to him. "I don't like to fight much, rather go play and have fun. I am", she made up a number, she knew 'people didn't look well on younger aged people. Telling him I was eight might cause problems, older people didn't like to be around younger for some reason..' She tried to pick something that looked his age. " 13 years old. How old are you?" Did she get anywhere close to his age?
She slowly walked away instead, something seemed off about him, but kept speaking.
