Description: After forming the required hand seals, the user will launch a direct wind attack from their palm. It deals pressure damage rather than the usual cutting damage of wind element and packs quite a punch. Despite not being very damaging, it is quick to be executed and the actual projectiles are extremely fast.

A figure was walking through the desert dressed in a lathered white cloak, Begin bashed with a sandstorm the figure continued to walk. After the storm died down the figure removed the hood of his cloak to reveal himself. Kai smirked and looked around, Sunagakure was miles away so this would be the perfect time to learn some jutsu he turned to a near by rock. He began doing hand seals and focused his chakra into his palm he then thrust his palm forward and watched as a blast of wind flew from his palm and hit the rock making part of it crumble. He smirked again and got ready for the next jutsu he was going to learn

Description: This ninjutsu does not require any hand seals to be used. By using their wind natured chakra, a shinobi is able to create a wind vortex in a desired direction. However, this technique does not do any actual damage, only serving to blow away enemies and/or attacks.

Kai smirked again as he looked up at the sky. Seeing the burning sun that baked the desert sand he took out his canteen and took a nice gulp of water. He sighed and began to focus his wind chakra into the air around him he made a vortex of wind that began to blow away the sand in front of him make a nice cloud when it clear Kai Smirked and found a use for the jutsu. He focused his wind chakra into another vortex in front of him and had it send a gentle wind to him cooling him off like a fan. He smirked again maybe being in the desert wasn't such a bad thing when you had jutsu
