Description:After making their Handsigns, the user selects a weapon such as a Kunai, Sword, Shuriken, etc., and infuses it with electricity. The result is that the weapon increases in cutting power, as well as gaining the ability to deliver a slightly disorienting shock if the said weapon is applied to an open wound, or anywhere the body is exposed.
Uses 40 TP
Raiku left the main village to train some jutsu out of the view of the village as the Raikage hated his guts and the feeling was practically mutual. This jutsu was a fairly simple one. He would make a few hand sign's and charge a weapon with electricity. This is gonna help him because he is better with weapons than regular ninjutsu. Raiku began by pulling out his wakizashi, katana, a kunai and a shuriken. He began with the katana. He made the proper handsigns and charged the weapon and slashed with it. He did this with the other weapons and knew that he had mastered it.
