When you complete a mission you are awarded with Training Points. Â These training points may be used to reduce the amount of posts you need to complete to learn a jutsu. Â Below is the system of how this will work:
- For E through B rank characters: 10 Training Points Reduce The Posting Count For Learning Jutsu By 1
- For A and S rank characters: 20 Training Points Reduce The Posting Count For Learning Jutsu By 1
- For SS rank characters: 30 Training Points Reduce The Posting Count For Learning Jutsu By 1
Note that you can't reduce the amount of posts below 1.
Now, if you are rank training you may also use training points to reduce the posting requirements.
Rank Training: 150 Training Points Reduce The Point Requirement By 1. Max 5 Points.
This also applies to Kinjutsu training:

You also get Training Points for teaching a jutsu to someone. If you help someone learn a D-rank jutsu, you get 10 points. Help them learn a C-rank, get 20 points etc., according to this table. Teaching someone a kinjutsu gives three times as many points as teaching a normal jutsu of that rank
D - 10 points (30 for kinjutsu)
C - 20 points (60 for kinjutsu)
B - 40 points (120 for kinjutsu)
A - 60 points (180 for kinjutsu)
S - 80 points (240 for kinjutsu)
Another way to gain Training Points, only available to village shinobi, is to hunt missing-nin. For killing them or capturing and bringing them back to their original village, you gain Training Points based on their rank and missing-nin class. The final amount is the sum of points gained by their rank and class.
However, you cannot collect your reward if the village the missing-nin is supposed to be delivered to is at war with your own. Also, this only applies to missing-nin NOT present in the Bingo Book; for those that are, you get the reward as stated in the bingo book itself.
- E: Rank - 5 points; Class - 5 points
- D: Rank - 10 points; Class - 10 points
- C: Rank - 20 points; Class - 30 points
- B: Rank - 50 points; Class - 70 points
- A: Rank - 100 points; Class - 150 points
- S: Rank - 200 points; Class - 350 points
- SS: Rank - 500 points; Class - N/A
