Seiko had been traveling fast since leaving Iwagakure and then he slid to a stop when he noticed something evil in the distance. A huge shade of darkness overtaking a huge area. His eyes opened widely and then he took off his mask. ~I know what that is. Tamotsu spoke about it in his thread with Rian. But I never thought it would be that massive.~ Seiko spoke to himself as he looked back and could sense someone coming his way. He grumbled and noticed the scent traced back to Reiatsu. "This kid won't give up. Fine." Seiko said as he transformed to confused the ninja when he arrived. He transformed into Tamotsu, knowing the ninja would believe anything he said to him, true or false.

Reiatsu stopped in his tracks, looking at the darkness that engulfs a large amount of territory off in the distance. He had been following Seiko for a long time now and had nearly lost him. But it seemed that the missing-nin had a stroke of good fortune. ‘Well, if he wasn’t going there in the first place then he’s definitely going their now. Wonder what the heck made that thing.’ As he looked at it, Reiatsu found that it sent a cold shiver through his body. Something about that darkness just felt…unnatural. Turning back towards the trail, he rocketed toward where he had last seen Seiko going.

What Reiatsu found wasn’t expected. But then again, he had barely expected to find Seiko much less…the man who kept showing up in his head. For a while he could do was stare at the doppleganger, stopping in his tracks. A few silent moments later, Reiatsu finally found it in him to speak up. “Who….who are you?” he said, taking a step back.

"You don't.... remember me?" Seiko said in Tamotsu's voice. "I remember you. Hita. Reiatsu." The ninja walked up to the smaller one and caressed his face softly. As he did, he smiled and played with his hair. "It's been a while. Please, Seiko told me everything. Don't be mad with him. Be mad with me for not seeking you out. I should have never stopped looking. IT makes me feel like a monster knowing that you were out there all this time and he hid you. In truth, he hid you because you got a rare sickness that was killing you and he needed to reassure you didn't pass it on. Just as time went on he forgot about you." The false Tamotsu said.

A blush shown across Reiatsu’s face as soon as the fake caressed him. Hearing the man’s voice, even if it was false had a comforting effect on him. Listening to his story, Reiatsu had a urge to believe it. Part of him just wanted to believe whatever this man said. ‘Is this…is this the man Seiko said I was supposed to love?’ Despite all these feelings, part of him was horrified at what the man had said had happened. He was horrified at the prospect that this facsimile of the man he loved just wanted him to forgive the man who tried to imprison and kill him. This part was the one that made him take a step away from Tamtosu. “You just want me too forgive him!? You just want me too forget what he did!?” he shouted, despite the fact that yelling at the man in front of him was like stabbing a knife into his own heart. “He locked me away and forgot about me and you expect me to too ever forgive that b******! Did…did he tell you he tried to kill me?”

Seiko channeled into Tamotsu's own beliefs and then barked back. "In my grief I did a lot of things. I blamed the entire world for thinking I lost you! I released a powerful demon on the world and couldn't forgive myself! Anger leads to destruction. Destruction leads to despair! Do what you want." The false ninja said as he turned his back and continued walking toward Kumogakure. As he did, the darkness overhead made him shudder. ~How can any jutsu be this powerful? What kinda of a man pulled this off? And for that matter, will this ever clear away?~ He thought to himself.

Reiatsu’s face instantly lost all its color. If yelling at him had been like stabbing a knife into his own heart, then having even a facsimile of Tamotsu shout at him was like being flayed alive. He was paralyzed for a moment, unable to do or say anything as the only person he thought cared about him abandoned him. The only person he thought he was connected to anymore was going to leave him. ‘What…what have I done!’ “Wait…. Please don’t go!” Raiatsu tried to ran after the copy and reached out for him. “I’m…I’m sorry. I’ll do what ever you want….just please don’t leave me all alone!” He said, a desperate look on his face.

Seiko stopped and looked back at ninja before him. It was something about his weakness in front of even the fake Tamotsu that made his see the pain it would cause the real Tamotsu if he saw him. He sighed and then nodded. "You can stay but not with me. Not yet. There's an evil power ahead and I want you to find Seiko. Find him and team up. Something evil is going on and we don't have enough answers to properly move about." The false ninja said as he petted Reiatsu. "Wait here. I'll send him back for you. Train in the mean time." The ninja walked off and disappeared into the dark.

Reiatsu gave a sigh of relief as who he thought Tomatsu forgave him. Once again, a blush appeared across his face as the false Tomatsu petted him along with a faint smile. Giving a silent nod for Tomatsu’s request, he watched the other ninja walk away. ‘So he wants me to be with Seiko now.’ Reiatsu looked down, nervous about seeing Seiko again. He had always though the ANBU hated him and he had surely not done anything to show him otherwise. But…Tomatsu had wanted him to forgive Seiko and Reiatsu couldn't refuse his request, despite it being from a fake Tomatsu. ‘I guess I just have to forget about it.’ He thought, try to repress all the ememories of Seiko keeping him hidden away and all that he had said to him. ‘It should be too hard, I’ve forgotten things before.’ With that last thought, Reiatsu set out in search of Seiko.
