Spoiler:
Name: Rapture of disease
Type: Ijutsu
Rank: C
Requirements: Mark of Nurgle
Description: The Rapture of disease is a very potent, and deadly mist of disease. Once the user has performed the correct hand signs they then release a toxic cloud around them that damages the lungs of whomever breaths it in. However it also clouds the users vision, while active, and also make them more susceptible to fire type techniques while activated.
Mei walked outside of the village, and sat down near the rocky Cliffside. She took a deep breath, as she looked up at the sky, and began to muse. Papa I have done so much to please you, but I feel it is not enough I need to get stronger, I need to be able to spread your influence to others. She put her right hand over her Mark and smiled. This Mark that I have is proof of your love isn’t it Papa, it is a sign that I am well protected by your gifts in my body. She took a moment to think along the rocky hillside, and then stood up as if she was determined to accomplish something.
As Mei stood up she smiled, and walked over to the ledge of the cliff, and smiled down at the sloud filled valley below her. Look at that I never get tired of this place, the clouds are so pretty, and the mountain air is quite nice, then again I know people said that the mountain air helps with infections somehow, but I don’t really get that or want it. I am not sick I am just blessed by Papa is all, they just don’t understand it though, and whenever I try to explain it to them they just call me crazy. She sighed and got a more showy look on her face. Well then Papa if you find me ready. I will attempt to learn another one of your techniques now.
Within half of a second of asking the question Mei grasped her head, not in pain, but in pleasure as her head was filled with the knowledge of something that Nurgle wanted her to learn, and after a few seconds she opened her eyes again, and smiled a semi demented smile. Thank you Papa for finding me worthy I will do my best to impresses you. She thought as she moved back over toward the outcropping among the cliff. Alright now Papa I suppose all I need to do is concentrate hard enough on this, and I will be able to spread your loving gifts to others who would oppose you.
Mei quickly reached out her hands, and began to concentrate on the hands signs that had been put into her head by her god. Ok now let’s see he told me that it is….. uh it is…. Oh yea I remember now. She thought as she began to perform them, but then quickly stopped. Oh I could have sworn I had remembered it, maybe if I just keep trying then I will have it. Mei quickly began to practice again hoping that it would jog her rather forgetful memory.
As Mei stood their attempting the hand signs over, and over again a thought occurred to her that somehow she might be letting Nurgle down by forgetting the hand signs so quickly even after he had gifted her with them. Sorry Papa I tired, but it’s of no use I can’t remember it, oh curse me for being so… Suddenly her eyes widened, and as though a ray of light had hit her she remembered the hand signs and she let a little tear drop down from her eye. Thank you….
After she recovered from learning the correct sequence five times, Mei performed them slowly but surely each time getting a little bit faster, and after about an hour she managed to make the speed of the technique fast enough to the point of using it in a real fight, would be possible. With a calm deep breath Mei focused the chakra all throughout her body in an attempt to get the diseases that were inside of her out into the air through means of her pours.
The feeling of chakra began to erupt from within her, as Mei concentrated on every pour on her skin, in an attempt to get some of compounds that made up the plagues within her to come out. Sadly though it only ended up causing her to almost pass out do to the amount of chakra she had been wasting on attempting the technique. With a wobble Mei sat down on a flat rock, and sighed as she swayed a little I am such an idiot, I mean sure I am smart enough I suppose but I never notice the big picture with things, I didn’t even notice how to…. Wait a minute.. That’s it the big picture.
As Mei thought about the big picture with the jutsu she was trying to learn she smiled, and began to perform the hand sign again. I sure was being stupid last time, hehehe Now it should work without a hitch~<3 Mei after performing the hand sign focused her chakra onto her pours again, but this time instead of focusing on just the pours she used the chakra within her to latch onto some of the diseased cells, and in turn compressed them down into a more gaseous substance with which she hoped could leave her body, and form the cloud around her.
When the substance was formed within her, she quickly took the chakra infused disease, and ejected it out of her pours. To her much delighted surprised this time the jutsu went off without a hitch, and instead of feeling wobbly, and tired she saw right in front of her a cloud of light green mist. With a bit of an excited jump Mei let go of the chakra that she had fused into the technique, took a little bit of a bow, and smiled happily at what she had done. Well papa it looks as though you guided me yet again, since the big picture wasn’t the outside of my body but the inside as well. See only you would inspire me to these heights In wisdom~
Name: Nurgle’s Rot
Type: Ijutsu
Rank: C/A
Requirements: Mark of Nurgle
Description: Nurgle’s rot is perhaps the most widely used jutsu of his followers, as it encompasses the target in a nightmare of disease, and decay. The user must first perform the correct hand signs, and then hit their opponent with ether of their hands. If they hit their opponent, then the opponent will slowly lose 5% to everything, every post for the rest of the battle, as the rot takes over their body. This can be undone by an Ijutsu specialist by taking a post to undo, however the more advanced version of the disease takes two posts to undo instead of one.
After Mei had learned the first technique that Nurgle had shown her how to use, she decided to pray once again to him. Papa I know that this may be asking too much of you, but if it can only be for one moment please allow me to learn yet more of your ways I promise that I will use them only for your benefit. After saying those words in her head she sat down, and waited for a response of some kind. Hopefully it would one of approval if not she would fear that she could have in sighted his wraith upon herself.
