IC:The water flickered softly and flowed softly with trickling water everywhere, Ballian yawned starring at the rippling water."Well,Water flows as blood slowly fades into a odor in the ground...but what does oil do, all it does is sit and not dissolve..."He spoke to himself, holding his war fan, he had a meeting with one of the kiri sannin, that were still alive from the war, he doesn't know why he wanted to talk to him but, he did."What would a kiri sannin, wanna talk to the kazekage for."He yawned and cracked his neck.
Getting up, the sound of a crunching sound went off."Hmmm..."he said looking back noticing it was a squirrel."Come here..."the squirrel ran over and climbed up his shoulder and wrapped his tail around his throat, grabbing a walnut off the ground and giving it to the small creature and waiting patiently. _________________

IC: Lava walked slowly through the light mist that held onto the land as it did throughout the Water Country. He turned a when he head talking. He tilted his head to the side and saw the Kazekage, Ballian, playing with a squirrel. "Now, what are you doing?" Lava spoke from behind his fox mask. Lava started to make his way towards the Kazekage. As he stepped towards Ballian his foot crunched on a walnut. Lava taped the squirrel off the Kazekage's shoulder and it scurried away up a nearby tree afterward. "I am glad you could show up...I thought you were going to skip on me."
"We need to talk...for the sake of keeping the people of both our lands safe from a certain someone again." Lava noticed a large rock behind him and took a seat on it. "I am afraid that your village is in a bit of a predicament...I hope I can help get you and the your village out that." Lava grabbed an old brown paper out of his left pocket and opened it up, looking at it. "This...is very interesting."

IC:The Squirrel ran away, when it heard a sound of a cracking nut."finally."Lava mai, The only elite shinobi of kiri, he actually knew personally."Lava, You made me walk, all the way from the fire country from a tournament, to come talk to you here..."Ballian looked at lava wiht an odd look when he was talking."We need to talk...for the sake of keeping the people of both our lands safe from a certain someone again."Ballian yawnedl."Last time, that son of a bitch tried to do anything; We almost destroyed his village and killed him...But i know the son of a bitch isn't dead..."He spoke.
opening his silver jacket and taking out a small container, containing small little cigarettes, which were actually candy, which ballian hid inside, so people actually thought he smoked. He said grabbing one and dumping the small ground pieces of candy into his hand, throwing them into his mouth.
Ballian looked at lava."Well, what you think we are gonna do...Konoha has replaced themselves with a new hokage..."speaking soft but, annoyed."Your pathetic genjutsu kage, is sitting in the same tournament i was in, Then tsuchikage is all the way in the same tournament, And Knowing Zieg."Looking up at the sky."We are gonna see him, follow under orochimaru again...And i have his brother down, working for me..."his eyes darted at lava. _________________

"Last time, that son of a bitch tried to do anything; We almost destroyed his village and killed him...But i know the son of a bitch isn't dead..." Lava looked surprised, even though Ballian could not see because of his mask. "You know that he is returning already?" Lava picked up a rock and fiddled with it in his hand then looked back up at the Kazekage. "Who told you about it?". Lava glared at the Kazekage with intensity in his eyes, "No one was supposed to know yet..." Lava heard a crackle in the woods behind him, he quickly turned his head to find the squirrel gathering more nuts. "Damn squirrel..."
"Well, either way we need to prepare. There is also something you should know about...but you cannot let anyone know...it would endanger our plan." Lava once again turned around to make sure no one was listening, he flung a kunai towards the trees to see if anything would flinch. Nothing moved. "Very good...". Lava unfolded the paper he had in one hand and revealed it to Ballian. It had a picture of a katana like sword. Lava then drew a sword from off his back and held the paper and sword next to eachother. "See the resemblance?"
Lava put down the paper and returned the sword to his back. "This sword if very special, it is a piece of something much greater...the Outrage. That is the true danger, not Orochimaru. Orochimaru seeks the Outrage, so we must keep all the piece separate and protected. "You know that he is returning already?"Ballian smirked."I have shinobi all over these lands, just because i hide in the background of power...doesn't mean, i am the only one who doesn't know whats going on, plus...i heard ruckus about random events of stuff going on in oto, specially after kenpachi came back, with the alliance.."He said grabbing his war fan from his belt and twirled it around in his hands thinking through what lava said.

Listening to him speak of the pieces of the Outrage."Where is one...I'll hold one...because...he'd need to kill me to actually get anywhere near one..."He spoke looking at Lava with a look of trust."Kawada and kenpachi should go outside..."pressing his fingers into his mouth and whistling loudly, a hawk appeared and ballian took out a small piece of paper and wrote on it, throwing his arm up after attaching the letter to the hawk's leg."Go..quick."He said. _________________

"Where is one...I'll hold one...because...he'd need to kill me to actually get anywhere near one..." Lava smiled behind his mask and replied,"I am afraid I cannot do that, I do not even know where they all are. I only know the location of two...the one I have right here," Lava gestured towards the one on his back, "And the one my cousin has, Yoko Mai...the shockwave. If I knew where they all were we wouldnt have his predicament would we?"
Lava stood up and looked up towards the sky as the hawk flew off. "What we are afraid of is if...one of the holders sides with Orochimaru, Orochimaru will just kill them to gain the pieces for himself." Lava drew the sword from his back again started twirling it through his fingers. "This and the shock wave have been in the Mai family for generations. But, nonetheless, it must be protected. Perhaps a friendly duel to see who is the better to wield this weapon.?"
Lava turned the blade away from he Kazekage and held out his free hand for a handshake. "Of course we are not going to kill each other, we need as many friendly ninja as possible for the upcoming war...as it seems." As he said this the sword transformed into a much larger form. It extended and it's length and width grew five times over. Lava did not react to the new apparent weight of the sword. As well, small pink cherry blossoms started to fall from the sky. IC: Katsuga comes back from Konoha to rest a little bit, and get ready for the upcoming challenge for him, plus he needs to make sure that his Village is still in tact, which he was confident that it still was, but stops when he comes up to an all-too familiar face, and another one that he thinks he knows, but can't really tell because of the Fox mask he's wearing. Upon seeing the Kazekage in his Village, he immediately rushes over towards them, stopping about twenty feet away from them, looking more directly towards the Kazekage than towards the other Shinobi, but still keeps an eye on him as well. He remembers what happened back at the arena, and he doesn't like it when someone just ups and quits while in the middle of a battle, but he also overheard him calling him a "pathetic Genjutsu Kage", which he will not tollerate at all.
Katsuga, the new Mizukage, does not take lightly to one who makes fun of the style that he likes to use as he stands ready, then closes his eyes for only a split-second, channels just enough of his Chakra, then opens them back up, revealing his Sharingan Eyes at their Level Three Stage, and watches Ballian even closer. He doesn't try to perform any handsigns or even reach up for his weapons, but he will if need be, which'll pretty-much be if he gets attacked, even by the other Shinobi, which he did see was a fellow Kiri Shinobi, but why he's conversing with him, especially after he made fun of his Village Kage, is beyond him. As he smiles at this, possibly wondering what he's going to do about this little situation, he finally speaks.
Well, well, well, Kazekage-sama. It's quite a pleasure to see you in my Village, but, the real question is: "What the hell ARE you doing in my Village?!" I overheard you call me a, and I quote, "pathetic Genjutsu Kage", and I don't take kindly to those who make fun of the kind of style that I use. I don't give a damn if you are the Kazekage, one does not insult me, or my Clan, and gets away with it!
Katsuga's not just saying that to try and make Ballian scared or anything, but more to try and tell him that he has no right to be in the Village without his permission. IC:Rubbing the back of his neck and shaking Lava's hand."Long long...time...since we'll ever see peace in this world...Specially since tomatsu is running around with my jutsu."He spoke with a bit of annoyance, looking around, pink petals appeared all around."Very funny..."he spoke, looking at them catching one."Genjutsu...Kenpachi told me this is a popular one of the Mai clan."Smiling and dropping the petal and letting it float down slowly."Also, i seen someone from my village with an odd object, not sure if its the same thing."he spoke and sighed.
Drawing his blade and pointing it at the mizukage's throat."Hey, hold your horses...."He spoke with a bitter voice."This isn't your village...this is part of your territory.."Sheathing his sword and looking at Mai."Mizukages still get all wild when they aren't stuck in there offices i see..."he said not intending it to be an insult; But to be more of a compliment.
Looking at Lava."About your Mizukage."Smile came across his face."Uchiha's still aren't no where as powerful as a Mai."Looking at Mizukage."Don't even think about trapping me in that stupid little glaring and beating eyes of yours."Moving sand and grappling his hands and blocking the mizukage's vision from Ballian's face."Lava and i have a relationship and i do not need a higher up of the water country annoying both of us."
Ballian cracked his neck."I am gone, i got go back to my village...then off to Rice country..."He smiled and disappeared, the sand which held at the Mizukage stopped and fell to the ground instantly. _________________
